I called Bobby out of the blue needing someone to install some garage doors with w/openers for a customer of ours (Lifeway Homes). Bobby replaced our garage door with a new commercial door. The installation went smooth and the door is high quality, with a high quality support structure. Now our door operates properly and smoothly. This is the third time we've used this company and they always provide quality service.

I had a general contractor install a new garage door opener for me. He installed it correctly, but it wouldn't lift the door, and the door bound up. Great Plains came out and instantly knew the springs needed to be re- wound and oiled. The rails needs adjusted and door alignment eye adjust ed too. They did a great job of fixing and tuning up everything.
