Google5James, a technician, came out and fixed my mom's garage door same day. The prices cannot be beat! He had exceptional customer service and was in and out within an hour. Very pleased with their work and I appreciate the prompt response. I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs. Thank you Halls!

Yelp5After working with another company which was not responsive Hall was given a try. Half the price with a better response and cleanup. Probably won't need this service again but if I do they're my choice.

Google5Great service!!! I called late in the afternoon and they came the next morning to repair my LiftMaster door opener that has provided excellent service for 16 years. Jozef explained the repairs I needed and made sure it was working properly before departing. I highly recommend Hall Services for both sales and service!

Google5I had a torsion spring break on one of my garage doors and issues on my other two garage doors losing their level so the door scraped and got stuck on the way up. I called Hall Services and Roger was able to get a service person, Joe, out to the house within a couple hours mid afternoon. Joe showed up and was extremely professional, courteous and above all, knowledgeable. Also, he seemed like an all around nice young man. The garage door openers are 16 years old and I never had an issue until recently. Funny how all three went out about the same time. Joe got them all working in no time, except the one with the broken torsion spring. It was flashing a code for a broken logic board. He wanted to consult with his manager because it was something he'd never run across and wanted to confirm his diagnosis. Roger called me first thing the next day, explained in detail what he thought the issue was but without troubleshooting properly, could not confirm it was the logic board. He gave me a couple options but thought that "Lets do the least first and work our way up to maybe having to replace the opener". Being a retired radar tech, I know troubleshooting and how to deal with issues. I appreciated his work ethic very much. He didn't push getting a new opener, but wanted to replace the logic board, first. If that solved to problem, done deal and move on. If not, he wanted to see if the new logic board would produce a new code, and move on from there. Joe came by the next morning with all the components listed on the spec sheet what were designated to be replaced and he did one at a time. Unfortunately, none of the steps worked to fix the issue and I decided the last course of action was to replace the unit, which Joe did. He then replaced the outside box to open the doors and programmed all three doors to the new unit. I cannot recommend this company of the people working and running this company enough!!

Google5My Garage door decided to twist and shout itself into a pretzel all of a sudden. I called Halls Building Products to see if they could help. Joe Dearinger arrived at my door almost before I was off the phone. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained to me what the problem was, adjusted my tracks and reset my door quickly and with minimal fuss. I am not going to tell you how much it cost but it was incredibly reasonable. Great personal, great job, great price.

Google5Tried for five months with a different company to get my garage door replaced. Finally gave up and called this company. Called on Thursday, they came out on Friday, and today, Monday, I'm the proud owner of a new garage door. Super, super pleased with their timely response, quality of work, and quality of product. I've already recommended them to family and friends. Thank you Hall Services.

Google5We just moved into a home with a garage that was inoperanle, missing parts, not properly sealed.. we wanted it back to working condition ASAP and Hall Services was exceptional in their timeliness of getting the job done for us. They gave us a quote Friday and did the job the following Monday. The staff there were all very easy to work with.

Google1To say I am underwhelmed is a compliment. This company has chosen not to stand behind the French doors they made and installed for me in 2017. When the doors leaked around the windows about 1-2 years after they were installed, I had to pay them twice to come out and fix the issue, which turned out to be they were never caulked when installed. The doors now need the glass replaced due to broken seals. Most companies back the glass in their doors for 10 years, but my doors are only 4 years old and they refuse to take any action. I cannot ever recommend a company to anyone when they won't stand behind their own products. I will certainly never call on them again.

Google5Just recently bought a garage door opener. Went to the location and asked for assistance. Promptly they offered me a service the same day. Staff is professional and courteous. I was very pleased with the service they offered me. Thanks you so much for a quick turnaround of completion of installation of my product.
