Google5I was able to book an appointment online for the next day. I got a confirmation email within minutes. The service person was able to come early. I was given an honest assessment of the issue, given choices, and there was no high-pressure sales pitch. My new opener was installed quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Prices were very reasonable. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it.

Google5Honest, transparent and efficient. If you have ever replaced a garage door (or parts) you know the challenge of finding a company that is honest and reliable. This is definitely the opportunity to support a local business instead of a corporation. We have done business with both, but I highly recommend Rams Garage Door. They were upfront from the start and fixed it quickly. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS.

Google5Great experience! Out of the blue our 1 year old garage door jumped off the track on a Friday at 5pm and he was able to come out within the hour. Friendly and reasonably priced; will definitely use again!

Google5I had a fantastic experience with Ram Garage Doors! Nick, their technician, fixed my old garage door and opener on the same day. He was incredibly transparent, explaining everything that needed to be replaced and why. Honest, skilled, and thorough, he made everything feel brand new. Highly recommended!

Google5Contacted them on their Facebook page and set up an appointment shortly after. He had our support bracket issue taken care of then reprogrammed the travel limits in short order. Quick, professional, and will call again if I have any further issues.

Google5Our Garage spring broke last night, I called this morning to see if there was availably since they are pretty local to me. They were very prompt and were able to come by the same morning by 10am. We went ahead and replaced some additional recommended parts that were showing wear and also help with the door seal. I feel the service was great & it's nice to support a smaller local business & thier family. I will for sure call again when I need help.
