We had them replace one octagon window, and one basement window. They came, took measurements, and wrote an estimate. We agreed on the timeframe for the install. They called to notify us of the install time and date. Two guys came at exactly the time specified. Each guy had a window to remove and replace. They worked quickly and efficiently, with minimal damage to the house. At then end of it all, I have two new windows, perfectly installed with insulation and caulking. No mess left behind. No mud or snow tracked into the house. No last-minute changes to the agreed-upon price. These guys know their stuff, and I would recommend them.
