Valley Lock & Door is a Lock for service, Quality and Value. Our garage door was askew and could not be moved. The spring and cable needed adjustments and Tom was there today at the appointed 3:00 PM time and made the repair in 20 minutes. He also went above and beyond, tightening the spring and moving the handle, lock and rope to make it easier to operate for my wife. These are true professionals that provide timely, quality, outstanding uncompromising service at a fair and reasonable cost. They have my unequivocal support, recognition and recommendation. You simply can't go wrong with this company.
They were able to make the repair quickly and serviced both doors for a reasonable price without trying to talk me into replacing many parts that I didn't need. Had them out for repair on our opener and some other repairs. They were professional and courteous. They did not try to talk me into repairs I didn't need. Listened to my issue, even worked with my home warranty company. Cleaned up after they were finished. Great Company:Highly Recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about everyone here! I called just before closing on Tuesday and they still were willing to send someone out to estimate my garage door repair that day! I was shocked and super happy! The gentleman arrived right on time, was so very nice, and explained everything that broke on my garage door and how they would fix it in terms I was able to understand. The next day I received a follow up call and was able to schedule an appointment for first thing Thursday morning. Again, right on time, and I finally have a working garage door! Thank you again!!

Good selection of doors to choose, got quotation promptly, and doors were ordered and delivered within two weeks (one door was a special size). The installer was very professional, and the work was done and cleaned up in a 1/2 day. Services Rendered: Installed two garage doors, removed and disposed of two old doors.
On Monday I called Valley Lock and Door and spoke with owner Bob McCarty regarding repairs to a 15 year old Craftsman door opener. Bob explained to me that OSHA laws do not provide for repairs to be completed to a door opener which is over 7 years old. Bob told me that he handled Liftmaster garage door openers and the qualities of the manufacture and warranty. Upon review of Liftmasters website, I called Bob back and he was happy to answer all my questions about the different models and which would best suit my needs. I agreed on a Liftmaster 8355. We agreed on an install date of Wednesday morning. Wow, product in stock and such a quick install date:) The technician Tom arrived as scheduled on Wednesday morning. I asked if he needed anything; he said he was good. I went back into the house and within the hour, Tom knocked on the door. I figured he may have needed something anyway. To my surprise, the new opener was installed. Tom only wanted to know where I wanted the outdoor keypad placed and what password I wanted to use for it. After reviewing that issue, I looked around to see where Tom left the old door opener. I asked Tom where he put the old equipment. He said he was sorry that he threw it all in his truck to haul away; he didn't realize I still wanted it. I really didn't. I was just amazed that there was no residual mess left for me to cleanup or trash to get rid of. Tom was very friendly and seemed very trustworthy. I would say that I would not have an issue with granting access to Tom if no one would be at home should I need this companies services in the future.
