My garage door spring broke, essentially "trapping" my car inside. I called the office and a courteous woman scheduled an appointment and also called me right before WD came. Despite several inches of snow a kind, pleasant repairman was out to fix it within a few hours! Thanks!
My garage door would not open this morning at 9:30 and I called them. They had somebody at my house by 12:50 and the repair was complete by 1:40. The tech made the repair and then lubed both doors and I had my garage back. Great job and they have a new customer.
Father-son duo Paul and Paul Michael came by to service our doors. The doors didn't seal and when opened, woke up the entire neighborhood. Now, the doors glide up and down with barely any noise. Paul and Paul Michael are professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. They taught me how to do simple things for the garage doors to save some service calls. The company is fairly priced and both the owner and Paul went over EVERYTHING with both me and my partner. HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be using for all of our garage door needs!!! We've been using Whitehall Door for years to service and install our garage door openers at various properties. They have always done a great job. We recently had Steve come out to give us an estimate for new garage doors. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained our options and gave us some literature and even showed us some pictures of doors that we were interested in. While looking at our old garage doors, he noticed that two of them had the cables off track. He fixed them and he did not charge us for that. We would recommend WHITEHALL Door to anyone who needs garage doors or garage door service.

Whitehall door answered my call promptly and professionally. A tech was sent out the same day and he tuned up the door quickly. We then discussed adding an opener to our 12x12 door. The tech went through the options, made a recommendation and gave us a estimate of cost. The following week the tech returned with a helper and installed the opener quickly, professionally, reviewed the operation of the opener and answered all our questions before leaving. The day before on Dec. 30, 2018 our garage door broke upon coming down with the electric opener, which resulted in failure to open back up. Thus, the next day, on Dec. 31, 2018, I called in the morning and got an appointment that same afternoon. Their receptionist, Lori, was very polite and helpful. Paul, the technician, arrived promptly. He is a conscientious professional, who demonstrated thorough knowledge and a creative approach to our repair problem. Paul also was very nice and patient in answering all our questions with comprehensive explanations and good advice. My husband and I will definitely hire and recommend this company in the future. Services Rendered: Garage door was repaired by ripping out old broken wood & replacing it with sturdy metal pieces. An inspection and lube maintenance was also performed.
We have used this co in the past . They provide excellent service. The service person, Jim, came the day we called. He replaced rollers, wheels and cable on both our doors. He was very professional and answered all questions. Our doors are about 40 years old. When the time comes for replacement we will definitely call Whitehall Doors based on our experience with this company. Services Rendered: The one door would not close to the floor level and the other door would not always close.

Tried reaching out to them on the 15th and again on the 17th of May 2017. Never heard from them. Not sure why they are in Angie's list if they aren't going to reply to work opportunities.
Called Whitehall Door at 1:30pm to ask about a garage door opener. They gave me several options on the telephone; I chose the one I preferred and they said they could possibly install that day around 3pm. Sure enough, service man was at my house at 3pm and the door opener was installed and working by 4:30pm. Great experience. Services Rendered: Needed to replace 20+ year old garage door opener
