We were told by another worker that we needed to replace our circuit board in our "Overhead" garage door opener. We got in contact with Overhead door and ordered a circuit board. After two weeks we called to see why we had not yet received our board. The person on the phone had no idea what we were talking about and that the person who took our order was on vacation. What is there only one person who take and send orders? Or was she in such a rush to go to the beach that our order just sat on her desk! She left our order sitting there while she went on vacation. The person we spoke to said they would send it out in three days. After almost 3 weeks of waiting for them to ship it (which we paid for even though they slacked off and didn't send it when promised) we finally received it. I don't know if it was defective but it didn't work so I called and asked if they took returns. They said they did and I shipped it back at my cost. They did not refund money after a week and a half so I called and the lady Jeannie could not locate my box and took my info and a man called back. He was rather rude and said I returned an old circuit board bc the buttons were rubbed off. I don't even know how that would be possible because The opener is located on garage ceiling so it is not constantly touched. I saved our old one thank goodness and took a picture of it to have proof this time in case he made up another story. He said also they don't take returns because people like me return old ones that don't work, but if i had the other circuit board to send it to them and he would issue a refund. I sent him what I know to be the old one, UPS with tracking this time and included a note and my original receipt. Tomorrow they will receive it. I'm not holding my breath about getting a $110 refund but if this review can help anyone I would feel good! Do not use overhead door!! They're customer service and products are horrible!! Services Rendered: We contacted them for a circuit board on our "Overhead" door opener. We haven't been in our house 18 months when our door broke!

They responded rapidly and got the job done quickly. They did a good job, except they didn't add handles to the door until I requested it. They did add them after the fact but only to the inside, not the outside. You have to ask for extra things that I thought would be automatically included. That wasn't clear. Services Rendered: They did a temporary fix on my garage door, then later replaced it.
