We called on a Monday by Wednesday the service tech had shown up, completed the necessary repairs & garage door is working as if it were brand new!

Our garage door opener, which I believe was originally installed when the house was built in the 1970s, finally failed completely on a Sunday night. I secured the door, which was stuck partially open, in the closed position and called Wayne Dalton the next morning. The service dispatcher asked me to take a few measurements and then sent two techs named Joe and Destry out to our location, which is 30+ miles from their base of operations. These guys arrived, examined the system, and they validated my own mechanical inspection (I'm a journeyman millwright), and informed us that our existing unit was beyond repair. The techs had brought along an operator (what they call the mechanism which operates the opening and closing functions of the door) sized to our door, based upon the measurements which the service dispatcher had asked me to provide. The door works like new, and the techs were as polite and professional as could be. Wayne Dalton is the best of these tech services I've ever seen. I've been involved with roll-up door manufacturers and their installation and maintenance contractors for about 50 years, and these guys were the best all-around that I've ever personally seen. We will definitely have them out again when needs be.
Had do you spring break on the garage door at one of our rentals. I called them up as they do all of our garage door repairs. Even though they had staffing shortages, they still got out there as quickly as possible.
The service did take a few weeks to happen, but it was during Christmas and the New Year. They needed to do a "conversion" not just replace a spring like initially thought. The serviceman was friendly and great. When he got to the house He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. Less than an hour and it was as good as new. I will use them again if needed
River did a great job installing and cleaned up very well. Easy to schedule. The openers are so quiet compared to our old ones and we appreciate the newer safety features.
