I called with the spring broke on a Saturday morning. Aaron came out in just a couple of hours. Aaron was able to fix The broken spring intention cords that had snapped. Also replaced some other pets too. He was very nice and did great work. The garage works better now than it did 10 years ago when we moved into the house. Services Rendered: Garage door spring broke

Pleased with service, skill of workers on site and professionalism. They also provided feedback/correction on error which had been created during putting in the garage door opener (greatly appreciated and it clearly works better!). Cost was higher than expected, but not really sure the going rate. Would do business with again, but maybe after getting a quote from somewhere else first for comparison purposes. Services Rendered: Spring broke on one side of garage door, needed replacement for both sides

Our (very old) garage door broke so we called Absolute Overhead Door to see about getting it fixed or replaced and we have had a wonderful experience from the start! When I called the office for more information, I spoke with Becky who was so kind, helpful and got someone scheduled to come see about our garage quickly. Today we worked with Aaron Gilbert and cannot say enough great things about him! He was professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and very nice. He talked through all options with us and patiently answered all of our questions. Aaron helped us find the best option for what we need and clearly explained all the pros and cons of what we were considering. He spent time fixing our broken garage door so we could close it while we wait for the new garage door to be installed--which they can also do incredibly quick. So glad to be working with this company and definitely recommend them! Services Rendered: Garage door fixed and new garage door and opener installed

The whole process was exceptional. I made a call to get a quote to repair/replace my very old garage door opener. I had an appointment the next day. Aaron called to let me know what time he would be arriving. He provided a quote and had all the basic parts on his truck to conduct the repairs that day. The quality of his work was great. During his install, he even repaired a few things that were poorly done with the last opener was installed many years ago. Services Rendered: Repair a garage door opender
