Google5Had my garage spring break after getting home from work. Called at 4:45pm and was told approximately what cost might be depending on if other things were wrong. Dennis was able to come out after he finished another job and had 2 springs on, and garage door working great by 6 pm. Dennis was awesome and explained all the dangers involved while installing the springs. I definitely will not ever try to install myself and call this amazing company if anything else should need fix. Thank you so much

Google5Having a great installation is always great! However when a malfunction happens such as we experienced shortly after we moved into our new home. Dennis Cornett (Service Manager) came to the rescue. Dennis solved the issue, and replaced the unit without any questions or excuses. This is why I would highly recommend Access Garage Doors.

Google5Access Garage Doors of Central Kentucky installed our new garage doors and the service was wonderful. The installer came back on the 2nd day to check how the trim looked after it was installed. We had a concern over the way the door was fitting and he fixed it right away and explained what happened. I would highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

Google5My pad that opens the garage door was worn out. It was nearly impossible to get in through the garage. I called Access and received excellent service. I got my pad replaced. The chain that opens the door was tightened as well as the hinges. The track was lubed as well as the spring. They communicate well and return calls. Make Access your first call and save yourself a headache

Google5Dennis was great. He diagnosed the problem told me not to worry and would be fixed within the hour. He was correct. I highly recommend this company. Great service unlike other garage door companies.

Google5Called several companies over the Thanksgiving weekend and Access Garage Doors were working and not charging additional holiday rates. Dennis arrived on Sunday and had our door fixed within an hour. No pressure selling on things we didn't need, just got the door up and running, along with a 30 day warranty on his labor. Couldn't have asked for better quality. Would certainly recommend them to friends and family!

Google5After making several calls to other companies (that were referred by others) I called Access and left a message. Dennis called back within minutes, When I told him what my issues were he already knew what the problem was and scheduled for the next day. He arrived early and had my garage door fixed within 20 minutes. Very professional and took care of the problem without trying to gouge me on something I did not need. Highly recommend Dennis and if I have any issues will be the first I call. Also he told me if I had any problems to call no matter when it was. He would come back and take care of it.
