We have used this company exclusively for work on our farm gate opener. We replaced the circuit board about a year ago, including lightning protector. This year, lightning struck and damaged the opener. Raynor's repairman told me there was lightning protector installed but had never been properly wired in. I called Raynor to explain this and requested he make financial adjustment for their failure to properly install the lightning protection the first time (jwhich might have prevented the damage.) He refused saying, "who knows it might not have worked if it had been installed right." ??? Now I have a bill over $500.
