Yelp5Rob is amazing. First of very courteous his bid knocked the doors off his competitor. Gave me a quote around noon was at my place with the door and side rails and it was exactly the same operation as I had around 1:45 and finished up around 4:45. Took away all the old door and old rails and parts. A 5 star review. For a 5 star quality job I highly recommend

Yelp5My garage door opener decided to stop working on Tuesday afternoon of a very busy week and I reached out on Yelp and Robert from Tipp Top responded within minutes and actually walked me through some self-diagnosis over the phone to see if it was something he could fix by talking me through it. Once he was certain it was shot, he was able to come out the next morning and install a new opener. I told him we might need a new door too and he assured me he'd check that out as well. He showed me why our door was still good, which saved me hundreds of dollars, and also showed me tips to help maintain the door and the new opener. He also took extra time to fix a separate issue we were having, which was much appreciated. Now we have a working garage door opener and it doesn't sound like a plane is landing on our house each time you open and shut the door. Thank you, Tipp Top and Robert!

Yelp5Our garage door spring broke and we were forced to park our car outside during some very cold weather. And with a new car being delivered soon, it was imperative to get the door working right away. Robert responded within an hour on a Sunday, offered to come out that very day. Since it wasn't a real emergency, I said the next day was fine. He showed up right at the time he promised, completed the work and instructed us on how to maintain the garage door in the future. He was very professional, went over and above what was required and charged less than my other quotes. I'd highly recommend Tipp Top Garage Doors.

Yelp5I called Rob for garage opener installation and he was there the next day. I have an old garage door and he took his time first assessing the condition and providing advice on how to take care of it and recommendations for the future. He advised me on the best made opener and helped me find the best local deal. I picked up the garage opener and within an hour to two, the garage door was up and running smoothly and quietly! I highly recommend his services.

Yelp5They were prompt, did great work, clearly communicated options for a sound decision. I had a belt drive garage door opener put in, it's great. I highly recommend them and will use their services again when needed.
