Yelp5We called Door Doctor when we couldn't program our remote opener to the car. Other repair places just passed us on, but the Door Doctor immediately helped us over the phone-- no charge. Will definitely call them when we need repair!

Yelp5These guys were great. Were able to fit us in quickly, fixed the hinge on the garage door, took additional steps to help other problems from cropping up, and were very thorough about the entire process. Price was very reasonable. Great job.

Yelp5Amazing customer service, always on time for appointments, very honest, trustworthy, caring professionals. Their attention to detail is outstanding. Very fair prices and won't try to upsell you on items and repairs you don't need. Trust me if your garage doors etc need service or repair these guys should be the only ones you call.

Yelp5Courteous, professional, affordable. Honest business doing honest work. I appreciated their service and the fact they were able to fix our door with one appointment. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their garage door fixed. My one 'complaint' is I had to wait a week for them to repair, but now we're talking first world problems, right? They were worth the wait! Thank you!

Yelp1I called several other companies to have a garage door and opener installed before calling Dave at door doctor..When I did get ahold of him he seemed nice and willing to help out...HOWEVER that all changed after his employee came out and gave me a quote. he asked what I would like and I advised him of such, I sent Dave pictures of my garage to get a better idea of what I had in mind and to see if he had also a better idea what to go with for setup. that was last Thursday and he said he would contact me Friday...Friday came and went, I left a voicemail then Saturday Sunday came and went called again Monday afternoon and sent a text..then Tuesday and finally yesterday I sent another text and phone call and just said this is not great business ethic but I would possibly maybe like to give it a try still... SO,he calls me this morning about 8:40am and said he was on a little trip with his wife and never got any texts or calls except for the call last night and said I basically I should find someone else becuase he's a small family company and he didn't think he was right for the job!? WHAT!?!? So instead of apologizing or wanting to help to give him a second chance he instead placed the blame on me saying I never contacted him and more or less I am a liar. my wife was sitting here listening and couldn't believe her ears hearing him not apologize nor want to help... but to instead blame me?! My wife said well I am so glad we didn't hire him, he probably would have not shown up or had some other excuses with work. I have no idea how this business has good reviews especially with the poor ethics and people skills of this owner. I believe in word of mouth both good and bad and I feel It should be told so people are cautious. And for him to leave a voicemail after I hung up on him becuase he was rude to me is VERY unprofessional! He said on the voicemail he would not let this pay and would contact the phone company anf everyone else becuase I threatened him?!?! What is this guys issue? He's mad because I said sir I will be leaving a negative review on google and yelp this is ridiculous people need to know and I hung up on him. i will definitely NOT recommed Door doctor of Lincoln. this has made my wife and I very upset and has us yet another week out to have someone put up a new door. My family will find another company forsure

Angi5Travis came out and gave me my options of replacing the broken torsion spring with another single spring as per the original set up, or install 2 springs. He was not pushy at all and just gave the facts between one spring versus two. I decided to go with 2 springs because the labor was the same as replacing 1 spring so it was only another $54 for the additional spring. I also decided on 2 springs because when you have a single and it breaks, you can't get the door up to get your car out. With a double when one spring breaks, you can assist the door along with the opener and at least get it open. Travis also tightened the hinges, oiled them, and applied grease to my garage door opener's worm gear. He did this on both my double door and single garage door even though he only replaced the springs on the double door. Both doors are now very quiet running and operate smoothly. Owner Dave is a Lincoln native and has hired an outstanding employee in Travis. Dave obviously runs his business with integrity and charges fair prices. I would highly recommend Door Doctor for your garage door needs, and that's coming from a 30+ year shop teacher in the school system. Services Rendered: Garage Door torsion spring on 16 foot double door had broken and needed replacement.
