Had an issue on a garage door after tension line came off. Did some damage to the runners. (Don't try and fix these things yourself!!) Bruce came by and was absolutely fantastic. Went straight at it and had it squared away in under an hour. Great guy, and excellent conversation. Would absolutely recommend them. Fantastic folks.

Needed a wireless keypad for my garage opener, they had exactly what I needed and I was in and out in just a few minutes. Great place to get parts for your garage door or opener.

We were very impressed by this team and their high quality work and customer service. We had our garage door replaced and they handled everything quickly and went above and beyond with clean up - even cleaning up some of our own mess in the garage! They were extremely professional with social distancing when we interacted. Side benefit: it gave our kids some great non-tv entertainment to watch for a good couple of hours! :)

Great installer. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave a window of arrival time, called that he was hung up on a previous job and would arriving near the end of the window. Still arrived during the window and did a great installation. I would highly recommend this company and really like the product.

Our garage door spring broke on July 29. I called Overhead Door and they had someone come put in a temporary clamp about an hour later. They ordered the new springs and installed them two days later. My wife and I were very happy with the service, the technician, and the price.

I am a do it yourself type of guy, so I called Overhead Door about the new noise I was hearing from the garage door opener. The gentleman I talked with was very helpful and told me what to look for. As it turned out I needed to take the unit down and into their store. They reconditioned the unit for $42.04 (parts and labor -- 6/30/2017). Great price. Honestly, it took me 5-hours to play around with the project and I would have been better off having them come out and do that work and make other adjustments. Nice helpful folks to work with, I highly recommend them. Very pleased and impressed.

This company is very busy and there needs to more like them. They were able to take care of us over at Leach Camper Sales, but we had to wait a little over a week for an appointment. I also had to call, leave a message, and use their website with my information in order to get in contact with someone. But once, the technician arrived for the doors he easily did the work of 2 men. Very impressed. We are now up and running smoothly and our shop technicians are very happy with the work he did.

Tension spring on garage door broke on Sunday. Called Overhead Door Company of Lincoln first thing on Monday morning, they helpfully explained cost and how service would work. They had a service person out within 3-4 hours of that Monday morning call, and placed a temporary clamp on the broken spring to allow normal use of the door. ($70 for initial visit & temporary fix, as had been explained over phone). They had called 15 minutes prior to this visit as initial phone call indicated they would. Called Tuesday to schedule appointment for Wednesday morning to replace broken spring. Arrived on time, replaced broken spring with a new one . .($51 for replacement spring and second visit, as had been previously explained over phone.) Also checked, adjusted, and lubricated two other garage doors at no charge Could not ask for better service or a more reasonable cost. Very efficient. Total cost: $121. Services Rendered: Replaced broken garage door tension spring.

The receptionist who answers the phone has a bit of an attitude and could use some training. You need to deal with her to get an appointment. I almost hung up and called another company. Glad I didn't as tech who did the repair was excellent. Replaced all the necessary parts and tuned up the door and opener. Now it operates like new. He even replaced a light bulb that was burned out. Services Rendered: Cable on one side of the door broke and door would not open or close completely.

The serviceman was very understanding with my work schedule and had to wait a little while for me to arrive. He was gracious about my tardiness. We had been told by a competitor that it would cost $165 to replace the same part or we could replace the entire unit. Overhead Door replaced the same part for $103 including tax and labor. He said was definitely not necessary to replace the unit. I was very pleased with the entire experience and will use this company again. Services Rendered: We needed to have a sprocket replaced on our garage door opener.

Job went great. I was very happy the door was fixed to my satisfaction less than 6 hours after I called for help. Services Rendered: The garage door cable slipped off pulley making door unusable. Called for service around 9 a.m. and said I needed the door repaired that day. The office said they needed to check the schedule but would try to get a repairman out that afternoon. I received a call from the office at about 1:15 p.m. telling me a repairman was on his way and would be there in 15 minutes. I left work to meet him there and we arrived at the same time. Cecil quickly identified the problem, fixed the cable, and adjusted the track. It worked perfectly when he was done. The total job was completed in less than 30 minutes. Cecil was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
