Professional and pleasant to work with. We ordered our replacement motor kit through Home Depot and they were the installer. Our issue was with the sensors, and another company said they couldn't be replaced without replacing the motor. This tech gave us the option to replace sensors only since the motor still worked without issue. That level of honesty was greatly appreciated. We will be using this company for our future garage door maintenance.
They came out the next day, gave me a reasonable quote, and fixed my garage the same day. I will definitely recommend this company.
I found them on a google search a couple of years ago when my spring broke. They showed up the next morning and got me going again. Then I called on them again when my gear drive system broke, again they showed up promptly and had the problem repaired quickly. I found their prices fair and reasonable so when my door finally bit the dust, they came out and confirmed I needed a new door. To be honest, their professionalism, fairness and excellent service in the past was the best advertisement they could have and I didnt bother to shop their price because the whole package, not just price is important to me. I am confident the deal they gave me was quite competitive based on my research. It is hard to find people who will show up and work and this company has never let me down. I recommend them highly. Dan & Zach are the nicest guys ever. They did an amazing job replacing the bottom panel of our garage door. They are fast and do a great job. I highly recommend anyone needing a garage door or service to give them a call.
Outstanding garage door company! During COVID, our garage door started refusing to work properly. It was very old, and we were sure it was all bad. Zach came out very quickly after we called, determined the problems, and helped us figure out exactly what we needed. I thought we'd have to replace the door and motor, but Zach determined we just needed a new door and some repair parts for our motor (never once tried to up-sell me - how rare!). He took the time to walk us through all of the door options and even gave recommendations based on which doors would add to the value of our home. We made a choice, got the door ordered, and Zach was back out quickly to install what I must say is a beautiful garage door. We did get quotes from other companies, and not only was Affordable Garage Door Service the best price, but my husband and I agreed that their prompt service and sale process was by far the most comfortable experience of them all.
The spring broke on my garage door. The repairman Dan was nice and did a great job fixing the spring. He also gave the door a good inspection, tightened some loose bolts and patched up the seal. I highly recommend this company and Dan. Good folks.
Fantastic service! Dan and Zach quickly diagnosed the issues with my garage door, then cleaned, replaced, lubricated some parts, and adjusted my door. Works like new again. These guys clearly enjoy their jobs and are proud of their work. Their friendliness is also very appreciated.
