I can rely on Yelp to give honest feedback. So, after seeing what others already had to say, I made my appointment to get a garage door opener installed. Tim was prompt, provided a detailed install and I feel secure knowing I can enter and exit my home with zero problems.

Garage Door Fixer did a great job, We had a broken torsion spring, that left our door unusable. I called around did some research. In less time than I could've ordered the parts myself to install, Seth was able to give me an estimate over the phone and fit us into their work schedule the next day on a Friday afternoon. The price was great, Seth called ahead, showed up on-time and finished in an hour or less. The work and the new parts are covered under warranty. Most importantly we have our primary entrance to our house back in less than a couple days. Thanks!

Seth was excellent. Sunday afternoon the spring on a garage door in one of my Fathers rental property broke and the tenet was unable to lift the door. I called Garage Door Fixer Monday morning because my cousin recommended them and by 1130 the spring was replaced and the door was working great. Thank you Seth and we will use your company again.

Chris came right out to my elderly parents house the day before Thanksgiving when we had problems with transmitters they had given us in August. He immediately figured out what was going on and because it was so recent did not charge us for the service call. I highly recommend them, THANKS to Chris and Garage Door Fixer!

I called David and scheduled him to come out and service my door as I've had problems with it ever since buying the house (mind you the house is only 3 yrs. old). The technician called before he got here as was scheduled and within 20 mins. he had my garage door working better than when it was freshly installed. The technician couldn't have been more professional or friendly and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on a garage door. They truly take pride in their work and it shows.

We just moved into our home and the garage door started to act up the first week we were here. After struggling with it for a couple of weeks it finally just would not go down all the way so I called Garage Door Fixer LLC after reviewing the reviews for garage door companies that service Conway. I called late Wednesday afternoon and set an appointment for Thursday morning. The young man showed up on time, actually called me when he was 15 minutes away to let me know his ETA. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining all of my options. The original door was falling apart and the opener was not functioning properly so the only way to really fix it was to replace everything. His estimate was very reasonable and he was able to get my door quickly so we scheduled an appointment for first thing Friday morning. He showed up on time and got to work right away. Within 2 hours I had a new door and opener, the old door was loaded on his truck and the mess cleaned up. I love the look of my new door! The opener works beautifully and is 100% quieter than the old door and opener. I highly recommend Garage Door Fixer, LLC for all your garage door issues!

Great service at a great price! I called late in the day, got an immediate callback from one of their tech's - Seth (One of their competitors in Conway still hasn't called me back to give me a quote). I explained what my problem was & what my spring equipment looked like, he walked me through everything & gave me an estimate. He said they could be here around 10:30-11:00 the next morning, I'm thinking "sounds good"... here's the thing: At 10 a.m. that morning Seth calls me & lets me know his last job ran long & he'll be about 10 minutes late - and he was here at 10:40 a.m. I've never got a courtesy call from a service company like that, giving me a heads up, and he was still here for the original time we scheduled the appt. Seth was very professional & knowledgeable and replaced my entire failed spring system (TorqueMaster) in well under an hour. I was amazed. And at a very competitive price. I'm completely satisfied with their Company. I definitely recommend them and I will definitely be calling them again, the next time! -Jason

Stop looking for who to call and call them. I had a garage door opener that had stopped working. The technician came out (at the time he said he'd be there) and believed it was an easy fix (essentially just needed a tune up). I was only charged for the service call and he adjusted the smaller bay opener as well. The fix worked for several days and then broke again. When I called back, the technician came out the same day and explained that this was a symptom of either the motor or motherboard failing. He was able to install a new opener and deducted the cost of the previous service from my total bill. If you want an honest, professional, fast fix to your problem, please call them. You won't be disappointed.

I am so impressed with this company. The man I called was so nice and eager to help me. They were very professional, kind, and timely. Their estimate was also the best/reasonable among their competitors. Seth (the technician) was very courteous and professional when entering and exiting my house. Tech was Bobby Rainwater. He showed up on time and was professional. Marantech isn't a system they work with, so he did everything in his power to diagnosis the problem, including making calls to Marentech and the original company that installed them in the houses of the subdivision I live in. It turned out an electrical part of the unit needed to be replaced, so he told me where to order it the cheapest price and how easy it will be to install when it arrives. He went ahead and inspected the rest of the garage anyways. He also gave me his personal line and told me to shoot him a call if I had any issues, and would even stop back by again on his own time if need be. Service was above and beyond, even though he wasn't able to complete the job, so I was happy to pay the service charge. Would definitely recommend this company. Services Rendered: Tech attempted to fix garage door head unit made by Marantech, wasn't able to complete due to needing a part. Wasn't his fault, their company doesn't install this brand.

The (owner?) man who answered the phone was extremely professional, and has a polished, almost radio personality type of voice. I told him I could be home in the afternoon, so I was given a 1.5 hour service window on the SAME DAY I phoned in the service call. Service technician, Steve, phoned in at the start of the window to tell me he was half an hour away. He spent 1 minute diagnosing the extent of the repairs needed. He took off the broken springs. He put on the new springs. He adjusted some other cables and tensions. It actually runs smoother and quieter than it ever did. We spent about 8 minutes on invoicing and paper work before I wrote a check. I told him it was great service and I was happy enough I would write my first Angie's List review. I could tell these reviews are important to their business, and he let me know they appreciate this courtesy. I would use them again and am recommending them to you. Services Rendered: Service technician, Steve, replaced both of the counter balance torsion springs. Steve completed the job in about 40 minutes with springs he already had in his truck.

i decided to use Garage Door Fixer Llc after checking around for best prices. I got a new door installed for about $100 cheaper than all my other estimates. after about a year, i had to call them back out because my door was making some racket. they came out that same day and got me working like new ... very friendly, informative and a pleasure to deal with. i'd recommend them to anyone needing residential or commercial work done!

Did a great job replacing the broken springs and servicing my garage door. I called around 9 a.m. and he was at my house by 2 p.m. and my garage door was working by 3 p.m. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on what I told him and charge me exactly what the estimate was.
