After the disaster of a power surge/lightning strike at my home recently, seemed as if my garage door was just another victim. This fabulous company came out in a timely manner, was very thorough and thoughtful, and figured out larger electrical issue was to blame and not actual motor/board. For 90 mins of work, they charged me nothing. I can't thank them enough...the whole situation has been stressful and expensive. They have a customer for life now.

I've used Overhead door company twice. Both times the experience has been very pleasant. I was scheduled to have a technician sent out the same day I called. The technicians are professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly.

My experience with Overhead Door was amazing! After spending 5 hours trying and failing to install a new garage door opener ourselves, we called to have it done professionally. Joe knew exactly how to install it and what we had done wrong. The whole thing took him 30 minutes. Great work and great costumer service at a good price! Thanks!

Disregard everything I previously said about this company! They finally did come out & we are very happy with the end result! Lots of things can have a rough start, but as the old addage says: 'All's well that ends well'! Give these guys a call! You won't be disappointed!!

These guys are the absolute best. Have done business with them on several occasions over the past 25 years. Today I had to have springs replaced in my ancient 25-yr-old steel garage. Joey did an excellent job dealing with the old (and incorrect) original springs. He is such a perfectionist! The old 16-footer works better than it did when new. I'm sure Overhead Door is proud to have him as part of their staff! THANK YOU!

I needed my torsion springs replaced after a local guy installed the wrong springs while I was away on a deployment and they broke in less than two years. The technician from Overhead Door who performed the work was named Joey. He was professional, polite, and on time. After letting him know about the circumstances leading to my broken door springs he quickly got to work and had the job completed in short order. He was also very informative in explaining the work to me and entertained all my questions. Great guy, and he is a veteran! I should also mention the service manager, Rodney. He was very helpful and provided me with a great deal of information during a fact finding call I made prior to scheduling a repair. Services Rendered: Garage door torsion spring replacement

I called this company to get a price quote and they called me back within the hour I left the message. The sales person came out the time we arranged and inspected my garage door. He gave me a quote and it was very reasonable so I scheduled the install. The day of the install, one worker arrived and within about three hours I had a new garage door and an opener. The old garage door was original to the house and the style is no longer made. The installer had to tear down the old railing and part of the wood in order to make room for the new tracks and door. He also had to install an opener where there had never been one. The installer sold me and installed an entry keypad. When he was finished he showed me how everything worked. I am pleased with the company's performance and tickled about finally having a garage door that isn't rusty and closes properly. Having an opener is wonderful, too. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Services Rendered: The provider installed a new garage door and opener on a one car garage.

If you are getting this company to work for you; go to the bank and get a loan. They charge a lot per hour for the work preformed. I had a three hour job that cost 625.95$, labor and trip was 565.00$ parts 20.00$ and tax was 40.95$. The round trip is two hours of windshield time for them. That is 94.00$ per hour!!!! NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY TOOK OFF FROM MY JOB IN THE MIDDLE OF THE JOB TO GO DO ANOTHER DIFFERENT JOB...... TWO DAYS LATER I buy a new operator system from Jack, for the tune of 1500.00$ and HE still charged me the full trip fee from the prior trip. He should have discounted it some or at least half. BUT 2125.95$ later the door does work. POINT is Overhead Door Co. of Little Rock (Jack) you are expensive in your labor and trip fees. NOT recommended, but only as a last resort only if your pocket book can stand their charges. Eight months later I get a return fallow up AND not from Jack whom I spoke with the first time. This company is still a poor one. And I will not use them AGAIN!! Bottom line is that Jack lied and someone else was looking on the net today 1-15-15 and is trying to fix a customers problem that Jack should have done himself back in APRIL !!!

My garage door had literally came apart several years ago but it was fixed and it didn't become a problem until this year. I contacted several vendors and even though Overhead Doors was not the low bid they appeared to be very knowlegable and professional. The primary problem encountered was in keeping the door level and still providing maximum sealing as it closed. They had to modify the bottom panel to provide what was required since the garage floor was not as level as it should of been. The installed was very professional, and although it took him some time to accomplish the task correctly he stayed with it until I was satisfied. Services Rendered: Replaced my garage door

Great service and excellent quality to work done for us. Services Rendered: Gentleman came to house and inspected our garage door. It was not going up or down. We were doing it manually. He put new screws into the door and check everything else. Great service and personable.

The installer brought the door, installed it, cleaned up after himself, and fixed another problem with the mount to the wall (a long term problem I had not been aware of), and was finished in less than four hours. I paid with VISA. The final bill came in under the estimate. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Services Rendered: The Garage door had hinges break on two sections at the same time. A repair person came the day after I called, and gave me the price for replacing sections vs. replacing the whole door. The whole door option proved to be the less expensive path, so I set up an appointment to have the door replaced.

It went well except that they were not able to make an appointment for several days..5 to 7 across a weekend. If the cars had been inside the garage, we would have looked for another company. We waited only because their tech was so fair on the last trip. They did meet all commitments. Services Rendered: Replaced both springs on the garage door opener.
