Google5Ethan did a wonderful job! He was able to come service my garage door the same day I called. He was very helpful and took the time to really explain things to me. I will definitely use this company again!

Google5Ethan went the extra mile in explaining everything about the system. He was not pushy in telling me what I needed. However in his education of different systems it helped me make the right decision. And he helped me in setting up other free apps to it. His customer service was top notch. We need more people like him in our world. For a customer who knew nothing about garage door openers I felt as if I learned much. Thank you Precision I will definitely refer others to you.

Google5Precision Door Service provided an amazingly quick response time! Our existing garage door quit working on a weekend and we called the business that installed it but they never answered or returned our call. We called Precision Door on Monday and they came out that day at the exact time they promised - AND - replaced our door that same day! Marcel, our technician, was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The garage door is amazingly quiet and we love the app feature where we can check on our phone to make sure our garage door is closed! Huge kudos to Marcel and Precision Door Service! We highly recommend this business.

Google5After a long and exhausting nightmare with the contractor i hired for all of my hail damage repairs, I finally gave up on him and decided to call precision Door and scheduled an appointment, Tony was my salesman and it was a pleasure to deal with him, Not only did he gave me superb service, He actually listened to what i wanted and made suggestions until we found the perfect door for my wife and I. After the purchase was set, it really didn't took to long for my brand new door to arrive at that point i got a call from Marcell, My installer and he was so miticulus of the installation, paying a lot of attention to detail and answering any questions i had, Walked me thru the maintenance and operation of the new opener and helped me set it up and connect it to my network. By far THE BEST garage door company in Arkansas , Hands Down. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision Door, Tony and Marcell to any friend or family member

Google5Ethan was very courteous and explained all he was fixing, how it worked, what needed to be done, pictures of our old motor to decide if we wanted to replace it also which we did. Explained the warranty and how everything worked. Will always use Precision Door. It is so quiet and so excited to get this done !!

Google5Our experience with Precision Door was exceptional. Tony did our initial evaluation and explained everything so well. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Our installers Jake and Corey were phenomenal! They were polite, friendly, professional and their workmanship was awesome! We are so thrilled with our new garage door system. Precision Door has the best technicians!

Google5Technician, Pete was very knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to explain our original problem. After he had installed our new garage door opener he explain how it worked as well as our warranty. Would definitely recommend Precision and Pete!

Google5We recently moved to our new house and our neighbor recommended us Precision door service, I called then and setup an appointment. Ethan visited us next business day, showed us some models of Genie garage motor as I had requested. I selected genie 4124 (belt drive). He took around an hour and our garage motor was ready to go. Ethan was professional and friendly . I recommend this place and Ethan both for fast and professional garage door motor installation service.
