Precision Door Service provided an amazingly quick response time! Our existing garage door quit working on a weekend and we called the business that installed it but they never answered or returned our call. We called Precision Door on Monday and they came out that day at the exact time they promised - AND - replaced our door that same day! Marcel, our technician, was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The garage door is amazingly quiet and we love the app feature where we can check on our phone to make sure our garage door is closed! Huge kudos to Marcel and Precision Door Service! After a long and exhausting nightmare with the contractor i hired for all of my hail damage repairs, I finally gave up on him and decided to call precision Door and scheduled an appointment, Tony was my salesman and it was a pleasure to deal with him, Not only did he gave me superb service, He actually listened to what i wanted and made suggestions until we found the perfect door for my wife and I. Ethan was very courteous and explained all he was fixing, how it worked, what needed to be done, pictures of our old motor to decide if we wanted to replace it also which we did. Explained the warranty and how everything worked. Will always use Precision Door. It is so quiet and so excited to get this done !!
