So our door was damaged by a vehicle rolling into it. You guys were the 3rd company to come and look at it. The first company just flat out told me, without even looking at it from the inside, that the whole door would need to be replaced, and he would get me in touch with their salesman. The second company told me that at least 2, possibly 3 panels would need to be replaced, at 700 dollars a panel, and to try to go through my insurance for a full replacement. When Ridge came out, he was polite and respectful, asked if I just wanted it working and if cosmetics wasn't a huge deal, I said I just want it working. Within a half hour he had it all fixed, and running, and the cosmetics looked far better than I expected them to! They will be my first call next time, not 3rd!
