Google5I called Austin at 11:00 in the morning about a problem I was having with my garage door opener. He came by 1:00 and got it fixed and working in a short time. It couldn't have been done any better. Excellent service!

Google5They came out to fix my garage door that had come off track. He showed up on time and fixed the problem for a very fair price. Didn't try to sell me anything and gave my door a tuneup. Would definitely use them again.

Google5Performance garage door came to my house within 24 hours of requesting their service. The young men were very professional and knowledgeable and had my garage door working within 15 min. The cost was exactly what I was quoted. I am very happy with their work and will use them again.

Google5I have worked with Austin and his guys twice. Both times they have been wonderful. They are friendly and very clear on repairs and maintenance. The first time a year was replaced and the second time the entire motor was replaced. They offered to leave the new gear from the first call since it was so new. They answered all my questions and explained anything I didn't understand while never making me feel dumb. They were clear on pricing so I was never surprised at the total when work was complete. I would call them again.

I made a call in the morning and they arrived on time, acted professionally and we're very knowledgeable about the problem. The tech made helpful suggestions and replaced the springs for my door quickly. Customer service was perfect and completing the transaction was quick and simple. Again, I highly recommend using this company for your garage door service needs. They will be my only call in the future.

Google5We had a weird issue with our garage door not closing for a few months. Finally I decided to call someone and get it taken care of. The owner came out personally fixed 2 or 3 things that were all contributing to the door not closing correctly - with great communication before, during, and after the appointment. I didn't realize how quickly and painlessly I could have gotten this resolved the entire time.
