I've got a big, heavy double garage door that I can't lift manually. The automatic opener stopped working with my car in the garage, which is a little creepy when you start thinking about what would happen if you had an emergency. These folks were VERY responsive to that - like I clicked on the "find professionals in my area" button and my phone rang. :) Technician came out that same morning, looked things over and made his recommendations (and helped me get my car out), came back the next day and installed a new opener and new rollers. Glides smooth as silk now. Everything was competent, professional, very prompt, and things were explained to me well. Price was a little high compared to averages in this area, but it was worth it to me to get the problem solved quickly and well. Services Rendered: my garage door opener stopped working and had to be replaced.
