Google5Had Shane and David come out to fix the garage door. They were great. They explained everything and told us what they were going to do along with the price and warranty. Would definitely recommend them to do your job!

Google5Precision fixed two broken garage sprints. All interactions in scheduling the appointment were highly professional. The installation technician Shane was terrific. 5/5 Rating. He explained the work efforts in detail and provided counsel on future product upgrades. The service was automated on the IPAD for immediate invoicing and payments. Great customer experience. Highly Recommend.

Google5Requested service for a Sunday when I would be home. Tech contacted me 30 minutes before arrival which was great. Tech arrived and provided great info on when needed to be fixed and gave me options to choose. Overall very happy and have my garage working again

Google5I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. We had an issue with our door and they were here the next morning on a Sunday. It was extremely easy to schedule the appointment online. Our technician Corey diagnosed the problem right away and had the parts replaced and the garage door working perfect within an hour. I would definitely recommend them and will surely call them for any future garage door issues.

Google5Terrific same day service. The customer reps on the phone were friendly and informative. I was kept up to date by phone call and text on the tech's estimated arrival. The tech, Andy, was quite friendly and helpful. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. I'm glad I made the call to Precision! Thank you.

Google5I was able to get a same day appointment. The company kept me up to date regarding the arrival of the Tech. Israel arrived, assessed the problem and was extremely accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and skilled replacing the parts for the garage door. He was very thorough and checked everything before leaving. I would not hesitate recommending Precision Garage Door.

Google5My wife and I purchased our first house in June 2023 and contacted Precision about replacing the existing garage door openers which were incredibly old and not working properly. Needless to say, this review is long overdue (the replacement openers were installed in August 2023) but the service was exceptional. The process was simple and our technician (Israel) was absolutely fantastic. Israel spoke with us on the phone, offered several options, and answered all of our questions. Throughout the process, Israel was patient and professional. He is very knowledgeable. Israel came to our home and assessed the situation. He again offered us several options and explained other things to consider regarding other components of the garage doors. After we made our decision, Israel installed the new garage door openers and explained what he did. Everything was installed cleanly and efficiently. He then showed us how to operate them. Israel again explained the components of garage doors and what to monitor going forward. We sincerely appreciate the care and time Israel spent with us to explain things and offer his advice and insight. Thank you Israel!!!

Google5Lewis from Precision Door Service was spectacular. Our garage door was on the fritz and Lewis had everything taken care of within an hour (updated panel, re wiring and repairing of the door itself). He answered all questions thoroughly and left no detail out so my wife and I were extremely comfortable with the whole thing. We will be replacing the entire door down the road and will immediate contact Precision Door Service / Lewis!

Google5Precision Overhead Garage Door Service sent two really fine technicians (Julian and Mike) to install a new garage door for me, the second of two from them, the first having been damaged, and they did a stellar job of removing the old one and installing a most elegant new one. They'd also sent another tech to repair the old one until the new one could be installed, and did it at NO CHARGE! It is a really fine company that I'd recommend to anyone who needs a new door. I had fewer choices than most because of the odd size (14') versus the standard, and they found one that is just right. I RECOMMEND THEM MOST HIGHLY TO ANYONE!

Google5Called Precision to have my garage door repaired. They responded quickly and sent their Tech Israel to my house within a couple of hours after my initial call. Israel assessed what needed to be done and gave me 3 different options. After going through them with him we came up with a good solution. Israel completed all the work and now my garage door is like new again. Great job! Most importantly Israel was very friendly, knowledgeable and did not try to sell me anything more than what I needed. I would definitely recommend Precision and Israel for any of your garage door needs.

BBB5I highly recommend precision garage door, I just had my new garage door installed and I couldnt be happier. The installers ***** and ****** were very professional, friendly, left the area clean, and demonstrated the door in excellent working condition before they left. They really care about the quality of their product and installation!
