Service technician called me prior to arriving at my residence. He was extremely polite and began replacing my garage door springs. He was fast and diligent in making sure everything was in perfect working order! Adjusted the limiter and made sure the system was perfect!

Twice now, GR8 have repaired aspects of our substantial double wooden garage door (once replacing the springs, once replacing the motor and tracks). I have appreciated Owen's clear communication, competence in engineering, and flexibility handling my odd requests. The work always appears carefully completed, beautifully functional, and the space is left impeccable. The second time I trusted them with entering the house while we were out and the work was completed quickly and easily. Strong recommend.

One of the springs on my garage door broke this morning GR8 garage door was able to provide Fast Same day service. The technician called and let me know they were on their way. The cost was about what I expected to pay $1100 to have two medium duty springs installed, also two heavy duty drums and a couple of hinges. I choose to go with the medium springs and heavy duty drums, there were cheaper options and more expensive options. They made sure the door was aligned correctly and he went over some maintenance and things to look for that may become a problem in the future.

Our garage door literally self destructed leaving us vulnerable. GR8 Garage doors showed up immediately, gave us a very reasonable estimate, had doors custom built for us and installed them quickly and effectively. Our house looks great and the garage doors work efficiently and quietly. And everything was done politely and professionally. I highly recommend GR8 Garage Doors.

GR8 garage door team is wonderful. We had our garage door replaced by them. They installed it correctly and later after few months the garage door sensor had issues. I called the company and they immediately dispatched their team to fix the issue. Not only this they took the after service call seriously and did not charge us for any extra or visit fee. This is what I call making customers for life. I would def9nitelymrecommend Shalom and his company to our friends

This review is over due. Shawn has the patience of an Angel. I like quality, aesthetics and customer service and he nailed all 3. Im picky and like things done right. If I wasn't happy he found a way to make it right instead of giving an excuse. I changed my design about 3 times and he worked around problems that came up with my garage project because it was a new build. You won't regret working with Shawn. Shawn, if you're reading this, thank you for everything and for all your patience. Our garage door came out perfect!!!
