I had Overhead Door Service come out and replace the seal on the bottom of my garage door. Josh Wright came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what size seal was needed to keep rodents out. He completed the job quickly and made sure I was satisfied. I will only use Overhead Door Service for my future needs.

While on the hunt for a company to replace our outdated and barely functioning HVAC system, Home Adviser connected us with Absolute Services. I was contacted by so many contractors that it was easy to get overwhelmed with options but Zach stood out because of his excellent customer service and ability to answer each of my thousands of questions. I'm an overthinker by nature and tend to research something to death. I think he figured this out right away and when other companies didn't reply or would reply with answers that I knew I couldn't trust, Zach did the opposite and gave it to me straight. It was refreshing to have a sales consultant that wanted to be sure I was comfortable in this big decision and not just out to make a sale. I was anxious about spending a ton of money on something that was never really working right in the house we had been in for a few years but Zach promised he would make sure we were taken care of and our new system would be installed the way it should be installed. I don't trust easily but the warranty, the great reviews, the trustworthy information given, and Zach's overall attention to detail made my decision a bit easier. Zach sold me on a particular unit that would have been just fine for our house but after researching, we decided to upgrade. When I talked with Zach about my decision, he was able to work out a deal for us that made our HVAC dreams come true. He knew I needed a few days to overthink things over but he put me on the schedule just in case (I didn't ask him to do that). When I called to say we wanted them to take the job, they said they could do it in just a few days because he had already scheduled me. AND, it was the week before a hot streak. If he wouldn't have done that, I would have had to wait a few weeks. Thanks for that Zach! Installation day was like Christmas. Dalton and Kyle showed up on time. They were professional and friendly. They worked so hard all day to fix all the problems from a previous installation. I wish everyone that came into my home to do repairs or work would be as great as Dalton and Kyle were. I was so pleased with everything they provided. Because of the previous problems left by another company, Dalton and Kyle were put to the test but they did everything Zach had promised. It was obvious they all worked as a team to make sure we were taken care of and happy. They recommended one change once they got in there and figured some things out. They communicated with Zach and with all the awesome information I needed, I made a decision without any pressure. Zach checked in several times that day. Everything went so smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It far exceeded my expectations. By the end of the day, I was wondering what I had worried so much about. They made it so easy and it was great working with them! It's been two months (sorry for the delay in reviewing) and my happiness has only grown. My system is AWESOME. I have never been so comfortable in my home. I work at home and I didn't realize how bad it was before Absolute come to save the day. I am so happy I upgraded. I am so happy I picked Absolute. They made adulting so much easier than figuring this stuff out on my own. I am grateful Zach gave me a call to set up a consultation and then didn't give up on me. Thank you Absolute! I had Absolute Overhead Door install our new garage door a year ago and they came out today to fix some maintenance issues. I had the pleasure of working with Dwayne. He was first able to make all the repairs needed to fix the noises we were hearing but he also went out of his way to answer all my questions and show me how I can keep my garage door working great with some basic maintenance tips. I really appreciated that. I recommend Absolute to all my friends. They do outstanding work!
Josh was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough with explaining to us the issues with our garage door and didn't try to push us in to something we didn't need, which is hard to come by these days. He was also extremely professional and fixed our door in no time at all! This company is amazing. Anyone who has a business needs to model their business like Absolute. I initially used them to repair garage door and I bought a service plan for plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling. It was the smartest decision I've ever made! Today Garrett came out to check an electrical problem I'm having. He arrived before the scheduled time. He is thorough, courteous, and very respectful. I highly recommend them.
The woman on the phone when I called was extremely helpful and pleasant. She worked me onto the schedule that day and Zach arrived earlier than I was scheduled after calling to clear it. He was friendly and professional as he explained what needed to be done. The necessary supplies were in his van and he worked diligently to repair my garage door. When finished he showed me the old parts and explained everything I needed to know. I was pleasantly surprised to have my repair within 4 hours of first calling. They price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend Absolute Overhead Door Service .
I cannot thank Absolute enough for their professionalism and great work. Our technician who replaced our garage door was friendly and knowledgeable. We tried to update the door over the 40+ years its been part of the house, and it finally gave out on us. Door spring broke about 3:00 on a Saturday. Called Absolute and they had a technician there within an hour. By 5:00, my door was fixed! Zach was very professional and respectful, explained my options, and the price was much less than I expected. And there was no up charge for Saturday service! Highly recommend this company! Absolute Overhead Door Service was the first business to respond to my request and they offered a free estimate for my garage door repair. The technician Zach Mueller arrived promptly, quickly assessed the damage and gave me a reasonable price. He completed the job quickly and professionally. It was a stress free experience. Appointment set between 1300 and 1500, arrived a few minutes before 1300. Received notification via test of who the tech is that is coming out including a photo. Tech Zach M, called and notified that he was on his way. Zach arrived in a company branded vehicle which was easy to identify. Zach seemed very knowledgeable of what was needed, offered a recommendation for replacing both springs since the first one broke second may be on its way to breaking too. Zach was friendly and business appearance exceeded expectations. I had both springs replaced on the garage door and was up and working in under 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about the company and what they had to offer. He took the time to explain to me the options I had. And, also was patient with me while deciding what to do. Highly recommend this company. Having had bad experiences with hiring contractors in the past for for other home repairs, Absolute Services restored my faith in honest hard working repairmen. Trey was our technician and he was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to make sure our garage was repaired in a very timely manner. I called on a Friday at 1 in the afternoon and he was out here to inspect and came back to repair on the next morning. Less than 24 hour is very impressive. Not only that he came during an ice storm. That is unbeatable service. Hats off to Vince and his staff.
