This is by far, the worst company I've ever dealt with. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM, ESPECIALLY THE SALES REP, STEVE HIXENBAUGH...I had 2 new garage door systems installed back in August 2025, to only have continued issues to this day! In August, they had the audacity to bring out 2 garage doors with several dents and/or severe paint scratches. The technician took pictures and was nice enough to point them out to me, and let me know that those specific panels need to be replaced. It took 3 months to get those panels. In October 2025, I reported a new issue where the main garage door was making extremely loud noises, when opening and closing. When I contacted Steve, he said to tell the technician about the issue and they will fix it. When they came and brought the panels and replaced the panels, the noise was still very load. Additionally, they brought multiple panels again that had damage, that needed to be replaced again! When I contacted Steve, he said that a 'Master Technician" will come and visit the issue. This 'master technician' arrived a month later in November 2025, and still COULDN'T fix the loud noise. Btw, this was heavily documented by the technician. I contacted Steve again and he suggested that we replace the entire garage door, AGAIN! The parts arrive in January 2026 and Steve calls and lets me know that they have the parts and are ready to remove the old garage door and replace it with a new one. The technician comes and replaces the old door with the new door and the issue still CONTINUES, with the excessive loud noise. Additionally, one of the panels has several paint scratches and needs to be touched-up, which still hasn't been done by Cunningham as of 2/13/26. This month, Steve threatens me via email that if I do not make a final payment, that he would put a lien on my house. I told him to never contact me again and that I'll call the corporate office. Long story short, the issue was never fixed, I paid the remaining bill (minus a very small discount).. DO NOT WORK WITH CUNNINGHAM DOOR or Steve. They WILL SCREW YOU!!!

I have used Cunningham for many years. Their Service Tech show up at the scheduled time and seem ti fix issues quickly without any return trips. Excellent Service, Staff and Fast Appointments.

I called for garage door repair. Cunningham had service truck there within an hour. The repairman fixed the lift mechanism and adjusted the motor. He completed the job in 45 minutes. Awesome service!

We have used Cunningham Door & Window for decades and we are consistently pleased with their prompt and reasonably priced services. We had a spring break on our garage door one evening and that left the car closed into the garage. The returned the call promptly the next morning and worked us into the schedule. The repair and was courteous and efficient, and the repair cost seem very reasonable.

The day after Thanksgiving, a garage door spring broke, effectively locking the car in the garage. I called Cunningham Door and the phone was answered on the second ring, and a technician was on site within an hour and a half. The door springs were replaced quickly and expertly in about 45 minutes! Nothing could have worked out better or quicker. If you have any garage door needs, I highly recommend Cunningham Door & Window.

Would give zero stars if I was able to. Keypad did not work. Had a tech come out and replaced the battery. Still wasn’t working properly, called and spoke with Chuck. Explained to him that I was charged $80+ for a tech to change a battery on a keypad and it still does not work properly. I asked for a new keypad. Chuck stated that I would have to pay for it. I said I spent $3,500 on a new garage door with your company and had a faulty keypad and was charged $80+ on service for it and it still doesn’t work and your going to charge me again for a tech to come out and for a $10 keypad. He ended saying we won’t charge you. So I got it replaced. Now my cable on the door snapped and I called yesterday. Chuck answered and said we can send someone out tomorrow morning. I said fine. I received a phone call from Chuck the next morning and said we are not sending someone out to repair because your account has been red flagged for not paying for a keypad replacement. I regret choosing this company for my garage door replacement.

It started when the garage door mechanism's light wouldn't work anymore. I called last week and Kurt came to evaluate it. He informed me the whole thing was too old to fix. Last Friday, Cunningham's called and said someone would be out to replace with a new operator system. Tobias arrived and replaced the operator and necessary accessories. He spent time showing me how everything works and making sure I understood. I guess he taught me well as I haven't needed to refer to the instruction booklet he left with me. I'm quite happy now. Called for repair of two broken springs. Service was scheduled for the next morning. Both springs were replaced as scheduled for estimate price. Service was prompt and technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Price was much lower then others who could not get here for a week. I will definitely use Cunningham door for all my future garage door needs.

Words could never describe how much I appreciate Cunningham Door and Windows. I called them when our garage door wouldn't close all the way. Had a mishap with my garage door over the weekend. I contacted Cunningham Door & Window at about 9:30am today and spoke with Chuck, who was able to work me in today. It took a little over an hour, but they sent out a service tech. Kurt was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. It took him no time at all to fix the problem. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail by everyone I dealt with. I highly recommend them.

They installed a new garage door and I'm very pleased. The Instaler cleaned up everything. He explained all the functions of door openers and how to change security codes. This young man represents Cunningham in an extremely good fashion. If all their employees are as efficient as him I will use them again I love my insulated door it is quite and my garage is warmer

Simply outstanding! Had a torsion spring break and didn't discover it until 6:00 am as the wife was leaving for work. I called Cunningham and they had a technician out by 9:00 am, spring replaced, door fixed by 9:45 am and all at a very, very reasonable price. I won't bother calling anyone else in the future if I need further service for doors and windows. Cunningham rocks!

Recently, the drive belt on our garage door opener wore out. Sent a message to Cunningham on a Friday evening and Monday a tech was there to replace the belt and make sure the door was in good working order. Service was prompt, quick, courteous and reasonably priced. We've called Cunningham in the past to service the door (maybe 10 years ago) and they did a good job then too. Hopefully, we won't need them for another 10 years but if we do, they are the folks I'll call. I like that they are a local, family-owned company that has been around a long time. The service tech said he'd been with them for nearly 20 years (I think) and that says something about a company. Front-line employees that stick around is always a good sign. Excellent service, expert techs, reasonably priced.
