In January, 2024, Lewis Door Service installed for us a new garage door opener and 2 new torsion springs, and replaced the rubber strip on the bottom of the door. We especially like the feature that the new opener now sends us alerts when our garage door is opened or closed. Our garage door now operates smoothly, quietly, and efficiently. When I called for help, we were quickly given an appointment. Dillon, our installer, showed up when scheduled, after calling to let us know that he was on his way. Dillon was friendly and professional and very graciously answered our questions, gave us options, explained what he was doing. From my phone call to the installation, we found our entire experience with Lewis Door Service to be very professional and will definitely call them again if we need help.
