Jason called before he came out to check for a few things to save us some time but ended up having to come out anyway. He diagnosed the problem within seconds and it was fixed within minutes and the door was working perfectly by the time he left. Very professional and very personable. Highly recommend!

Brent did a great job! He was right on time and very thorough. We had to replace our garage door opener as ours, from 2005, went out. Price was higher than expected, but he was very courteous and professional and the job was completed right. I would use them again.

We have used Precision for several years and multiple services. I never feel like they are trying to over sell or over complicate things. Clear communication, Transparency with the problem and the options to solve it. Today KYLE was awesome in coming out in the snow covered roads to service our door. He was efficient and didn't sell me something we didn't need. Gave me all the options we had to solve our problem! I trust precision and will continue to use them for years to come!

Derek was extremely helpful! He came out the day we called to look at our old garage opener, clearly laid out several options, and installed our new opener really quickly. We were very impressed with his expertise and customer service, and look forward to working with him again when we are ready for new garage doors!

The team was very prompt and service oriented. One of the easiest times I've had in scheduling a service company, especially with being able to talk to a person, rather than an automated message, as soon as I called. The service tech, Dakota, arrived on time and was very knowledgable in his craft. He was able to investigate and address the issues quickly. Would highly recommend the group.

Dakota was a great technician. He explained what issues my current garage door was having and walked me through the steps of getting a new one. He was prompt and on time and was super quick with the install. He even helped me program my garage door into my car. Would use them again!

We ordered a custom door through Precision Garage Door, and the process from start to finish was seemless. When we ordered, they gave a reasonable time frame and great price, the door came in early, and the installation was quick. The installers made all the difference by cleaning up afterward. Would definitely recommend their services. In fact, we ordered one immediately for my in-laws. Thanks to everyone at Precision.

- 09/24/18: Technician replaced garage door opener. New opener didn’t work properly. Scheduled another appointment for 10/09. - 10/09/18: Waited 2 hours. Technician never came. Called Precision, the phone representative said she wasn't sure what happened but even though I was on their calendar, the technician was already at someone's house and would not be going to my house. I had been waiting for 2 hours for nothing. Scheduled yet another appointment for 10/12 - 10/12/18: Technician came and found a manufacture defect on the newly-installed garage door opener. Said he’d replace it on 10/20 - 10/20/18: Waited 2 hours. Technician never came (sounds familiar?). Called Precision Door and was told that they had call me to confirm the day before. Because I didn't call back to confirm my appointment, they cancelled my appointment. Excuse me??? I've had many appointments with Precision Door and none of them ever asked me to call back. I confirmed when I made the appointment! You went ahead and cancelled the appointment while in fact, you have not completed the service you promised me. I already paid $552 for a new garage door opener which turned out to be faulty. It’s difficult to make an appointment because I have to ask off work to stay home and wait for technician. When I finally managed to ask off work or found an open slot during the weekend, I kept getting stood up! It has been almost a month and I'm still not getting what I paid for. Not a happy customer, Precision! Services Rendered: Replace garage door opener

The part came in and a technician came out to install it. The installation went smoothly and was done quickly. I would use this company again anytime. Services Rendered: I needed a lock installed on the outside of my garage door. A technician came and gave me a price. My door was not standard size so the part had to be ordered.

They were trying to outbid a competitor at the time. They did not honor Angie's 10% off, and they did not honor the discount they had on their website. I asked why they have the coupons if they are not going to honor them. The install was perfect. I have no problem with the installation; he was professional. The retailer who sold it do me, I didn't like how he handled it. I doubt I would use them. I value the integrity of a company. If you tell me one thing and then switch it up then I'm pretty much through with you. Services Rendered: They replaced two garage doors and one garage motor.
