I could not be happier with Jacob's service. He was here inside of 24hrs. Explained in detail what he found and how he planned to fix it. Very professional. I've had many different trades to the house for repairs and this was, by far, the best experience. Would recommend highly.

Jacob is a consummate professional. Honest, prompt, fair...and a great consultant of what to do that's best in the long run. He has replaced my garage lift motor and made an emergency call when my spring went out. Called him at 7:30am on a Saturday not expecting an answer....showed up in 2 hours. We really turned lemons into lemonade on this one! My husband backed into our garage door when the door wasn't fully opened and damaged our door. The company we usually use was closed for the weekend and after calling a place or two I came upon Veterans Garage Doors. He was recommended by his previous boss, before opening his own business.The recommendation was so good that no other one was necessary. He came out even earlier than originally planned and was able to get our garage door closed. He offered us a deal on a door he already had and came out first thing the next morning, which was a Sunday, and installed it within 2 to 3 hours. We were so happy to have met this young fellow, and help him with his business. The fact that he was a veteran was icing on the cake, as my husband also is a veteran. Always nice to help a fellow veteran out. Not sure who helped whom the most, as we felt like we got excellent service and a great deal. Would highly recommend calling him anytime. His old boss even checked back to see if he was able to help, so that's two wonderful sounding guys, who help each other in their businesses. Jacob or Jake, which ever you call him, just call him first!
Messaged Veterans Garage Doors after we had a pretty catastrophic failure of our garage door, leaving it completely unusable. Jacob got back to me very quickly and was able to come re-hang the door and get it working again on less than an hour! The door itself still has issues which Jacob pointed out and explained very thoroughly, but it actually works even better than it did before it fell apart! We talked some about replacement or repair options, but I didn't feel any pressure to decide one way or the other by Jacob. He explained both choices clearly and honestly, and provided fantastic service all around!
Outstanding work!!! I called early one morning and was at my home same day. Plus having to deal with our insurance too was an easy process. We ordered the door and communication was quick response timely process. Highly recommended for professionalism and quality of work. Don't look anywhere else.
