Called OGD and they tried to charge me between $1500-2900 to "fix or replace everything" and order parts Action doors had it fixed in 30 minutes and charged me $200. Works better than it has the whole time we've lived here. 10/10 will recommend!

Really should not given them a rating a by the name of Matthew to install a garage opener for action doors he did advise that we did not have a plug to install but in the contract it that if you do not have plug you can still use a extension cord to put up garage door opener which this tech did not do after husband asked if it could still put he stated well because I still have to come back to for alignment question just put it up and then we will figure out what needs to be done.

Action doors took of my old doors and reinstalled one large door, they were very accommodating of my request for where to stack the old doors, saving all the old parts, and letting me watch so I can put them back together on my shop. Price was reasonable and they show up when they say they will. Both installers were very friendly easy to get along with and did a good job in a timely manner. Will use them any time I have need.

These guys at Action Doors deserve 10 Stars! These guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND great. It was a big job. They made 2 small doors into 1 large door. It took ALL day in terrible heat. They even fixed a mess in my garage that had not been painted- with a beautiful wood cover. Today I think of all the things I could have done to make their job more comfortable. Like turning on a big FAN!! AND Special thanks to Matthew, who scraped me up off the floor after a trip and fall!! Thanks to all of the incredibly sweet, professional guys. Jon & Eve Avent

I called a few places in town for a quote and repair on my broken garage door spring. A friend recommended Action Doors so I called them afterward and they had the best price with the quickest scheduled time available. The repair was fast and my door is operating better than it has in years. Hopefully I won't be needing any repairs in the near future but if I do, I'll definitely use them again.

Several years ago, Action Doors installed a lovely glass door in my home. The work was beautifully done! Recently, we moved to a new home. The garage doors were obviously not working correctly. We called Action Doors to take a look at them. Jon came out and knew exactly what to do to correct the problems! They now work smoothly! Thanks, Jon. A week ago, we called to get a quote for insulating our three garage doors. We had the quote the same day, accepted it, and set up service for three days later. They look great and are extremely helpful during these extra hot days we have been experiencing. Jon was on time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and we highly recommend him and Action Doors! The gentleman they now have answering the phone and scheduling is also a good addition to their team - courteous and professional. We are happy to recommend them highly and give them a five star rating. Thank you Action Doors!!!

This place is a joke. We spent over 1000.00 dollars getting this company to install a garage fire opener, and after 30 days the garage door is bouncing and nearing coming off the track. We then called into the office and the office lady is rude to say the least to us about coming out to fix it. Of course they come out and they can do nothing but send a welder. As you know it he no shows on Monday. We then callback Thursday and supposed to get a call right back from the rude lady that answers the phone. Never get a call back and no one shows up. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company. Services Rendered: Garage door install

Honestly, JD Bruegel and his assistant technician were amazing. They replaced both rails, the cables, and installed new panels to replace the bent ones. They did this in probably under an hour. It was done efficiently and effectively. Here's what blew me away: there was no charge! Why? A different technician from Action Doors had repaired the same door 3 months previously, replacing the central coil and the rails. No cables were replaced. So, it could have been some component failure, but also the cable they didn't replace last time may have just snapped from age. They completely gave me the benefit of the doubt and repaired it free of charge. That's a class act. I will only use Action Doors for all repairs and new purchases. I've used them for two previous repairs, all with the same great service. Services Rendered: A cable snapped on the right side during door closing, bending the guide rails and top row of door panels.

f you need a garage or barn door fixed, don't hesitate to call Action Door. My electric motor on my barn door went out and they replaced it. Very honest, reliable and extremely reasonable in price. I highly recommend that if you have issues to give them a call!

We were blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by Action Doors. The gentleman that serviced our garage door was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond the standard. Not only did he replace our tension spring, but also fine tuned some other small issues we had and did not realize free of charge. It is this kind of service that makes you want to pay it forward and do something nice for others. Our garage door sounds and runs so much smoother! We would highly recommend Action Doors.

When the garage door jumped its tracks on one side and bent the other railings, the door was stuck in the open position. Because of the security problem that causes, I needed someone to work on it ASAP. Another company wanted to charge me $179/hr overtime to do that. Instead, I located Action Doors, who could send the technician out the same day, and in the rain, as it turned out. Whitney came out at the time agreed upon, and was able to get the door back on its rails and closed even though I had to leave. That solved the security issue. I made a second appointment to make the actual repairs and have the rails replaced. He came back a few days later, made the repairs quite rapidly and I had a smoothly running door by the time he finished. Whitney was very courteous and professional and trustworthy with your belongings in the garage. Definitely will use them again when garage door problems arise. From the phone call for estimate...to the installer calling ahead of schedule to perform the replacement, Action Door Company is OUTSTANDING! I am a Realtor with many client needs, and Action Door Company has always been my first choice for Garage Door and Opener repairs. They are local, friendly and very professional and somewhat more reasonable than other choices for service in Lubbock. Keegan, the installer, was very fast, efficient and cleaned up the garage area better than he found it. He also adjusted the door opener and lubricated the door for ease of operation and less stress to the opener. I am SOLD on this company and would recommend them to anyone who has garage door or door opener needs. They even introduced me to a product to keep my own garage door lubricated and operating with ease. The only reason I did not give them an excellent rating was due to scheduling. After making the appointment, they showed up early and unannounced. Normally the early thing would not be a problem, but the unannounced thing was. They said they were in the neighborhood and since is was a repair, it shouldn't take long. Well, we had to send them away since we had to be somewhere and didn't have time to wait. We re-scheduled. They returned later that day not on the agreed upon schedule and un-announced again. This time we had the time and they were able to complete the job. Had they called and said they were in the area and would like to come over early, not a problem, but unannounced was not good. No problems with the workmanship only the scheduling so if you use these guys make sure to clarify this with them. Services Rendered: Repair a garage door that seemed to have a mind of its own deciding to give us trouble only when we were in a hurry. They tweaked the rails, lubricated the door, adjusted and re-secured the photo-eyes. And with the way the door was acting they may have even performed an exorcism because the door work fantastic with no problems after they left.
