Google5Let me just say that Jed at Grizzly Garage Door is the real deal! He was on time, polite, and obviously very knowledgeable. I know I met him for the first time, but he is honest and a Veteran to boot. I cannot speak about other garage door companies, but why waste your time with anyone else but Jed and Grizzly Garage Door! Thank you again Jed!!

Google5The person you speak to IS the company. Jed takes pride in and stands behind the work he does. Quality work at a reasonable price. Responded quickly and made arrangements to complete the job on time, even after vehicle issues. HIGHLY recommend for any of your garage door needs.

Google5Great service! Apparently the original installers of my garage door installed the springs backwards on the double door so they failed prematurely. This company was able to get to my door the same day and was hundreds of dollars cheaper than another quote. They even lubricated the other garage door that wasn't part of the spring replacement. Great service, great communication, and great cost. Would use them again!

Google5My neighbor referred Grizzly to me. I was in a real bind when one of my garage door springs broke. I texted Jed - he responded, got me on his schedule quickly, and showed up a few minutes early for the appointment. My garage door is fixed now and I recommend this company to any/all in the Lynchburg area. Easy to work with, quick to communicate, and punctual. He's also a Veteran and I love supporting our Vets!

Yelp5Jed is the absolute BEST!!! I was visiting my parents earlier this year and they desperately needed a garage door overhaul. I scheduled my appointment with Jed about a week in advance of me being there. He was more on time than I was for our appointment, which is embarrassing for me, but points for him! Throughout that whole process, he was upfront, respectful and listened to what we wanted without trying to sell us anything. We placed an order with him right then and there and about 2 weeks later, the new garage door setup (motor, tracks, door panels and all) was installed! I had left town by this time, but he made sure to help my mom understand how to use the door and the remote and even helped her with a doorknob she asked him to take a look at. Totally outside of his scope of work, but he did it out of the kindness of his heart. He also took the time to send me videos and pictures of everything so that I would understand how it all worked as well and to show me the work done. I really appreciated that. About a month later, my mom ran the car into one side of the garage door which knocked the sensors out of whack so the door wouldn't work. Jed was out there the very next day and fixed it all up! This is a man who stands by his work and has the grace in his heart to help where he sees a need. I truly appreciate his work ethic, his workmanship and his responsiveness. It's a rare combination to find but as you can see from the other reviews, I'm not alone in noticing it!

Google5My garage door at my workshop was broken and I had been calling people back and forth for 2 weeks to get it serviced and had no luck , Friday morning I called grizzly garage door LLC & Jed called me back within minutes and fit me in his schedule for the same day , price is more than reasonable, service is excellent and Jed is an outstanding guy . Will be giving them all of my future business.

BBB5This company is so wonderful to work with. The misses took my initial call to help clean up another company's mess with our garage doors. Just as she stated, her husband came out to our house in Concord to tell us what we needed. He came and installed the garage doors, found parts and went above and beyond for us. Owner is quick, but also efficient. He is so laid back and polite and charming. I definitely recommend this company. The doors are so quiet and slide so nice, they are great!! Thanks to Grizzly Garage Doors!!

Yelp5I was visiting my 83 year old mother in Lynchburg over the summer who had a garage door that wouldn't open properly. I called in the morning and Jed came that afternoon, he explained what was wrong (it had been hit and was all bent and dented) but said he thought he could work on it without having to replace the whole rail. He worked for 50 minutes on a blazing hot day and then said it was FREE since he had used no parts-he provides service for veterans and seniors. I have never had such amazing service. We tipped him, of course, but he was even shy about taking that. I don't know if he still offers this, since it is Covid and work is difficult to get, but you will be completely satisfied with his work and professionalism. I never post reviews but this has stuck with me for months, so happy to finally make the recommendation!

Yelp5When we called to see about getting a repair, they were able to come out the next day. They were very prompt, fast and efficient. Jed fixed the door while he was there and we are so pleased with getting something done in such a timely manner. If you want great service this is the company for you!

They were prompt actually came earlier than they said! Jed & Jerry's work was thorough and complete in every way! I found them very knowledgeable and friendly!
