Google5Lynchburg Garage Door responded promptly to the service request of a non working garage door for my home. Their technician Alex diagnosed the problem requiring a cable/spring replacement, order the part and installed ASAP. I was very impressed the their customer service and professionalism at a fair price.

Google5Great service!!! Called Monday and they came out that day and ordered a new spring and came back out Wednesday with new spring and installed it and made sure everything worked fine!! Alex installed in 30 minutes and it's good to go! Thanks Lynchburg Garage Door!!! AWESOME!!

Google5Called on a Sunday...estimate on Monday, plus he helped rescue my wife's car from the garage. Fixed on Thursday and invoiced amount was lower thank original verbal quote! Definitely recommend!

Google5Our garage door failed this morning and we couldn't close it completely - and it was 32deg. I called Lynchburg Garage Door at 8:20am to get on the books for the day and a serviceman was dispatched and at my door at 8:57am! He was leaving at 9:33am - and that's even after we chatted for a few. Super fast response! Alex Enzinna was super nice and informative, and throughly explained the problem and advised on how to prevent a repeat issue. I would highly recommend these folks! Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Google5Great service! Came to replace/repair broken springs on my garage door which was stuck open. Had responded to my call and had someone to look at within a couple hours. Returned the following day with parts to repair. Great communication, knowledgable people and were half the price of other companies. I would surely recommend Lynchburg Garage Door for anyone looking for a new door or repair a broken one!

Google5Great service; Gene responded quickly when contacted for the service we needed on our garage door. He quoted us a reasonable price and scheduled the repair within just a few days. His courteous employees showed up when scheduled and completed the service in a timely manner. We will need to be replacing our garage door soon and I won't hesitate to call on them again!

Angi1Less than a year after installation the garage door the pulley and rod that opens and close the door fell while closing the door. After investigating the problem it was discovered the new track & the pulley was attached to an old wooden bracket. We call them out to repair this because we thought the workmanship was warranty for a year. I also talked to them about the new equipment being installed on the existing old bracket. When then came out they where very rude to my wife and said they were not carpenter. She tried to tell them that the bracket was part of the old equipment they would not listen. They continued to be rude and sent a bill for a service call. The repair was not done well or secure they only put in larger nails. We still have the old bracket that was not removed with installation. These gentlemen was very unprofessional and rude. I would not use them again!!!! Services Rendered: Put in a replacement garage door. The contract said it cover the removal of existing equipment and tracks and they would replace the door with new products.

Angi5My garage door wouldn't open. He said what he thought the problem was. He came to the house the next day and confirmed his diagnosis. He called me to let me know that a part needed to be ordered, what the price would be and when he would expect to do the work. He showed up at the expected time, completed the repair and charged what he had said he would. The whole process from my first call to the completion of repair was less than one week. Services Rendered: Replaced broken part on garage door.

Angi5Went great! Prompt courteous and reasonable price. Services Rendered: Backing out of my garage I hit and bent the left down portion of the track so the door was inoperable. I called yesterday morning and he went right out to the house, called me back with the estimate and replaced the damaged track. When I got home last night it was working perfectly.

Angi2First they needed to see the door, but could not for at least 24 hours. The next day I was able to give them the information but the spring they needed was not in stock and they would not be able to get it until Tuesday (this was Thursday). In the meantime I was out of luck. I called another company which sent someone over Friday who temporarily fixed the spring to hold me over (and let me use the door) until the new spring came in Services Rendered: Quote and time to repair broken spring on a double garage door

Angi5I spent $1725 for 2 garage doors and their openers. My experience was very good. They came and did what they were supposed to do. I had no problems with them. They didn't try to up sell me on anything. Services Rendered: Lynchburg Garage Door put in 2 electric garage doors in our garage in September or October 2010.
