Google5They are very responsive and do very good work. I do have security systems in place in my home and was able to view the work being done in my garage on my garage door. The technician was extremely thorough and detailed. They repaired the door and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them. Hard to find any trustworthy company so when I do I try to let everybody know.

Google5We got quotes from 3 different places to install our new garage doors and the prices were not reasonable or they would not even bother returning our calls. One of my neighbors referred us to 1st sergeant and he was right they are the best company in town. They were professional, reliable and the whole process was smooth and stress free. We got our quote and on the next day. They showed up and our garage doors were installed. I now have peace of mind knowing that if I need a repair I can count with 1sr sergeant for a quick and reliable fix.

Google51st Sergeant Garage Door is great!!! I accidentally backed into my garage and damaged the bottom panel and slight damage to the one above it. I got three different quotes. 1st company said they could fix bottom panel, and if I wanted they would do both, but bottom would still make it work new. However, I would have to wait a week. Second company priced me the exact same, but they strongly recommended I fix both panels, or better yet get a whole new door, since I would have to wait 6-8 weeks to get the parts. 1st Sergeant showed up in about 2 hours after I called. The gentleman(I forgot his name) was very friendly, informative and helpful. He said he could fix both panels, do the job the next day, and the estimate for all of that was cheaper than just one panel from the other companies. Door was fixed the next day and it looks like nothing even happened. Would highly recommend! Great prices, friendly, and supporting a local, veteran owned business. Thanks for the great work!

Google5Saturday night my wife opened the door and it got stuck and I tried to fix it my self an it ended up falling on my truck . I called 2 other companies and they tried to charge me over a thousand dollars l. I called 1st sergeant garage and they came the same day and fixed it quickly. They also charged me half the price of the competing companies. These guys were very professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. My door is working great I highly recommend calling them for any garage door troubles

Google5The spring on our garage door broke. I was very impressed with Orlin. He was very professional and he communicated to us what to expect while he was there. He advised us on the issue, how long it would take and the price. Great experience!

Google5Our garage came off the track and the coil came off. I was going back and forth with my warranty company and we couldn't get someone out to fix the garage. I was referred to them to call to see if I could get someone out. I called hoping that I could pay a after hours service fee to get someone out the same day as we couldn't get the garage door closed. I called and spoke to Orlin, he was very knowledgeable about the problem and quickly pre diagnosed it over the phone based on what I told him. He was able to come out the same day, Officially diagnose the problem and fix the garage door that night. He was upfront about potential charges. He arrived as expected, he was very professional and the prices were fair. It was definitely worth the after hours fee and way more reasonable than a lot of other companies. They have my business and will refer them to our families and friends.

Google5Orlin was awesome! I contacted 1st Sergeant garage pretty much at the final hour and they were able to accommodate my garage opener installation the very same day. To be exact they were at my home within 3 hours of initial contact. Orkin was professional and personable. We definitely will be contacting this company again for our future garage needs.

Google5Exceed my expectations :) After my garage door wire tangle one side of my garage door and bend one side, I almost could't close my garage door. This happened on a Sunday and I was expecting at least 1 week to be fixed. To my surprise I found 1st Sergeant online and they came in within 45 minutes to my house to run an estimate then I found to be very fair and affordable, then I asked when can I get my garage door fixed? To my surprise again Mr Orlin Plaza came in prepared and had everything needed to start and He did. After explaining everything that cause the failure and how to prevent and fix my garage withing 1 hour, I got to say I'm very pleased with the service provided and the kindness of Mr. PLaza Highly recommended and Thank you again.
