Dean and Fernando came by to replace the frayed cables today. They did an excellent job. I called this morning and they were here by 3 p.m. In addition to replacing the frayed cables, they leveled the door so that there was no longer a space between the lower side of the garage and the door. Will definitely call them the next time we need garage door maintenance!

The technician from Vera's arrived the SAME DAY, was professional yet friendly, and fixed my urgent garage door situation like a champ. His price was super reasonable, and he offered to follow up. With service like that, I will gladly refer any friend that has trouble to him. (He said he does decking too).
