We had a great experience with Titan Garage Doors. Our door opener unit quit. Titan returned our call immediately and was available to come for a service call the next day. Other local companies were scheduling weeks out. Our service tech Craig was amazing! He reviewed all the options so we could select the best unit for us. The price point on the opener units was reasonable and the range from basic to upgraded units was comprehensive but not overwhelming. Service installation was scheduled right away and done in an hour. We enjoyed working with Craig and Titan Garage Doors. Highly Recommended!
Called early on a very cold day and my garage door wouldn't close. They were able to get someone there same day who fixed the problem fast, answered all my questions and offered advice. Craig was amazing. Could not be happier with the service.
We had what felt like a plethora of issues with our garage door, so we contacted Titan and they came out the next day. Craig came and reassured us that it may seem like a pain for us, but it's not catastrophic. It can be fixed. Not even an hour later, our garage was back in alignment, our drums were fixed, spring tightened and our new garage door system was operating beautifully. We called Titan after extreme cold weather affected our garage door. They were quite busy but did a very good job of keeping us informed about when technician would arrive. Craig showed up and not only fixed the problem but also gave us tips about future maintenance needs; even texted us screen shots of the exact parts we will need in future. We couldn't be more pleased.

I am so impressed with the communication and work of Titan Garage Doors! Their response rate was fast, the scheduling was efficient, and they stuck to their word regarding time frame/dates. I called on a Saturday and received same day service. The technician was great and quickly fixed the problem. He took the time to educate me on the door which was good because I was not the one to install them originally. I highly recommend them.
They made a mistake but they made it right. My wife and I had them replace the spring on our garage door a couple years ago. About a year and a half later, the wire that runs from the motor to the spring snapped. I had another service come and take a look at it and they said that the spring that was put on was not strong enough to hold the door. As a result the weight was transferred to the motor and the wire, which could not handle it causing it to break. We called back Titan Garage Doors and told them about the issue. They came out, took one look at it and said that the other inspector was exactly right and that they were going to fix it. They did exactly that, replacing the spring for free and giving us a new garage door opener at a considerable discount. The young man who came and put the spring on initially (who I later learned did not work there anymore) was very kind and professional. I feel he simply made an honest mistake. The gentleman who came out to look at it after the wire had snapped was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. He was eager to get the situation fixed. It says a lot about a company when they own up to their mistakes and they handle it and they fix it and they don't give you the runaround. Your employee, Craig Redding first came to show us your garage door catalogue, and as we chose what we wanted, he made out the order, and after we gave him the deposit, he scheduled and came at the time he said he would be here. He called first, and we were very impressed how many hours he worked with no help and how efficient he was. He made sure everything worked; and made sure we got the product we wanted installed. He cleaned up after each stage of his installation and explained how you operate the door. It was a suprise father's day gift to my husband and though I was unsure "how" to buy a garage door, Craig helped me through the purchase very patiently. You have an excellent employee of integrity.
My garage door stopped working and they were able to get someone out to my house right away. Communication was great, they called me prior to arriving and were right on time. The tech repaired the issue and went above and beyond by adjusting the springs to better balance the door and and lubricated it, as well. Took less than an hour and I was pleasantly surprised by the cost. I will definitely use them again if I ever need to.
