(for Tom D., Oxbow) PDQ...YES THEY ARE!! Being 81 yrs old, getting our car out for an eye surgery appointment was an emergency. The positive attitude and immediate response of the young lady answering the phone... she is a true asset to PDQ!! The young repairman arrived early and worked efficiently. Very pleasant, showed us the broken part. Excellent experience!!... we HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Cost close to a thousand dollars just to install regular garage door with opener! The opener only included one remote opener. The installer didn't use the double rubber door seal that came with my insulated garage door, but rather their cheap one rubber seal. Then 13 months afterwards the sensor went bad. One sensor was full of water and the repair guy said he had never seen that before. Anyway he cut the wires and put new sensors. Very sloppy work joining wires together. Then I told him about what happen with door seal and he said the original door seal that came with door was way better and didn't understand why the other guy did that. Since my garage is heated and I needed something that seals properly i had the repairman replace the door seal with mine that has two rubbers and a cap that hides the screws. That time it cost me $280.
