I have used D &I Plumbing twice and I am very happy with them. I had honest great service at a fair price.
Overall great service! The scheduler was very quick to get us scheduled for AC service. Our HVAC technician was very polite, helpful and efficient! He worked very well with our home warranty, too!

We had our air conditioner go out and D&I gave us BY FAR the most reasonable price estimate on replacing the entire system, both outdoor unit and furnace. The job was scheduled and completed quickly. Chris, the owner/operator, was very forthcoming with information and answering questions and was on site for the install. They left everything clean afterward. And in the time we've had the new system, everything has worked great! I would recommend D&I very highly!
Scott arrived shortly after the start of the time window, he quickly assessed the issue and started working. Quickly, he fixed both toilets and even cleaned up afterwards. There was a little water on the floor in one of the bathrooms, and Scott took the time to retrieve a shop vac and clear the floor. When he was done, he reviewed the repairs and we inspected both toilets to make sure I was happy that the issues had been addressed. Although this is the quality that I have come to expect from D and I (always excellent), it's always nice when your expectations are met.
Great customer service! I had repairs needed for outside of my house, and they went the extra mile and completed the job over the weekend while the weather was cooperating to finish a the repairs before the closing date on the house we were selling. Their customer service and responsiveness is excellent and their prices are extremely competitive. I would absolutely recommend you get an estimate and work done from D & I Repair, they will not disappoint.
I have used D and I Repair for several years, but most recently for an air conditioning issue. The issue initially appeared to be severe and very costly, but when Chris, the owner, came to give me an estimate, he noticed that the plastic line was just pushed too far down into the pump, so the water wasn't able to pump out. He fixed it in 5 minutes and left without even charging me. He could have easily charged me $2000 and I'd have never known the difference. That kind of honesty and integrity is so refreshing to see these days! Scott does our regular maintenance and is wonderful as well. D and I always explains everything, gives estimates that are dead-on, are incredibly knowledgeable about SO many things and are a pleasure to work with. I've been in Manhattan for 20 years and have tried many other companies in the past, and D and I is, by far, the best experience I've ever had. I'd never use anyone else now!
D & I was recommended to us by a former landlord who always used them for the neighborhood we lived in. I initially emailed D & I to get a feel for what it would cost to get a whole house humidifier installed. They answered my emails promptly and I was even able to set up an appointment with them in that manner so that they could give me a more accurate job quote. Not only were their rates much more reasonable than some of their competitors we considered, but the work that was done looked very nice, neat, put together. The technician instructed my husband and I on proper operation and maintenance prior to leaving. The technicians were friendly and answered all of the questions we had. Best of all, the ballpark estimate was right on and we weren't left wondering what our bill was going to be when they left. I would definitely call them again for my HVAC and plumbing needs.
