Garage door spring broke at 7:00 am called Heartland at 7:30 am Door fixed by 8:45 am same morning. Fair price and unbeatable service. This is all you need to know.
Called late afternoon and they were able to come out at 8am the next morning to repair garage door. Service call is $125, and then they also were able to quote price for parts to repair over the phone so no surprises when you get the final bill.
Our garage door spring broke late one night with my car parked inside. Tried to manually open the door but couldn't. Called the other garage company but they don't have anyone who can come out any time soon and quoted a timeline of 7 am to 7 pm (quite the timeline) the following day (and, honestly, didn't seem at all concerned that I'm stranded). Called Heartland and explained the situation. The guy on the phone (didn't quite catch his name) heard that I was stranded and said "oh, you are not too far away, let me jump in the truck and come over to see what's going on." He came within 10 minutes, got the door opened manually (it requires some skills and daring that we don't have) so I could get my car out, and then manually closed the door again. He took some measurements of the spring and said that hopefully they have the right spring for someone to come that very afternoon to fix it. They did. Early that afternoon, two technicians came out and got things fixed up in less than half an hour. The price is also very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs!
Our garage door wouldn't close early morning right before my husband and I had to get to work. I called Heartland Door and Window asking if they would be available to repair our garage door. Jody answered the phone was very polite and came to our house quickly that morning and made the necessary repairs. Jody was very professional, efficient, and nice.
