Google5Pretzer Build has a truly unmatched attention to detail and next level product knowledge to make any project exactly what you were hoping for. Their communication is excellent and will keep you comfortable and involved every step of the way. As far as remodel in Manhattan and surrounding areas goes, I recommend Pretzer Build every time.

Google5Levi and his team are easy to work with and very professional. As a contractor, Pretzer Build communicates well and makes the projects run smooth. The team is very skilled and do great work. The finishing projects always looks incredible.

Google5If you're looking for a quality home builder or remodeler you can trust - this is the company to use. Pretzer Build is, in my opinion, the BEST contracting company in the Manhattan area to get involved with. You'll never have to second guess the quality of material or level of craftsmanship when Levi Pretzer steps on site.

Google5Levi and his team at Pretzer Build were very professional and wonderful to work with for our outside project. They really listened to our ideas from the beginning phase and input throughout the project. Their competence in the carpentry is seen in our amazing new backyard patio overhang and beautiful wood pergola and privacy fence! Also, the team's attention to detail is evident in the painting and trim of the exterior of our home. I definitely Recommend Pretzer Build to anyone who likes to work with a business with clear communicators, detailed oriented workers, kind & caring team, and staff that is respects you and the space & area each day. They were on time daily and left the project area clean and safe each day! I will positively hire Levi and his team again for our next home project inside or outside.
