First place I worked at out of college. Back then this was a fantastic place to work with a good sense of community and a good staff. After changing hands multiple times over the past decade this has become a business where trustworthy and proactive employees are abused and treated as scapegoats, forced to leave or demoted. It's no surprise that turnover has been so high at Door lately. If you are considering a career in manufacturing or engineering and would like to work somewhere you are valued, I urge you to look elsewhere.
