Google1Everything was great until the day of installation. I was told our appointment was 1 pm. I took the afternoon of from work everything from the three rooms to be carpeted was in the spare rooms. 1:30 came they had not showed up. So I called and was told that they had a window of 1-4 pm. 4:38 pm still no carpet called again. The store said we will call in check. The installer called and said they were 1 hr and 40 minutes out! Now I have to buy supper as we can't cook in a he kitchen can't even get to the stove. I also need to be back to work at 10 pm and the beds need to be back in the bedroom. I can't take another day off from work and they had better do a great job. I will NEVER Buy carpet their again and I will NEVER recommend that they install again. Totally wasted a whole afternoon of work and now I'll be late for my 10 pm shift. Worst part no- one cared.
