Google5Quality overhead door was very helpful and responsive. We were unable to open our door and leave, so their specialist can over right away and opened our door despite having other calls to make. Then when they came to service our door the work was done well and professionally.

Google3We are satisfied with the product that we ordered and the installation until we realized that new parts that were part of our new door and track were stolen by the installers and the old parts were left in place. When we called the office we were told there was no way they would deliver them and we needed to pick them up. We paid for those new brackets and they should have been installed and if we want to sell the old door and track, it is missing those pieces. It makes me wonder what else was in our shop that they felt inclined to "take" with them.

Google5Amazing! I couldn't believe how clean and professional the install was! The tech did the most perfect work I'd ever seen, so if you have OCD, this is the company for you. It's been over a week now and my garage door opener is flawless and quiet. Every wire he installed was fastened to the walls in perfect lines and 90' angles and I swear he wasn't even a millimeter off in his adjustments or positioning. He's an artist in his trade. And the price beat the socks off of two other quotes I received, yet I still received top equipment with WiFi capability. I wouldn't hesitate to use Quality Overhead again. Worth every affordable cent.

Google5Very friendly lady on the phone. Fast and friendly service. I called at 8:00am and my repair (replace broken spring) was done before noon. I would highly recommend this company.

Google5The people associated with this company are all great to work with. They are professional, very skilled, helpful, friendly, responsive and they go "above and beyond the call of duty". Through their actions it is very evident they really value people, whether their customer or not. They are a wonderful company to work with.
