From initial call to schedule to completion of project courteous customer service was provided. Tech Jesse was professional and knowledgeable. He handled the project neatly and efficiently. The cost was affordable and came in below the estimate which was a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend the company without reservation. Thanks!

Anytime we have had an issue with our garage doors or openers we call this company. This time Nate came out because the spring came off like it did in November. They didn't charge me a service call because it was the same problem. He discovered that years ago when they put the new track up it was a little off. It worked for years till November. He was efficient and explained everything. Would highly recommend this company. They send out a person in a very timely manner and are a great company that stands behind their product and personnel.

Tried to open my garage door this morning and the spring broke. Both of my vehicles were in the garage and couldn't open the door. I called Bob and Bob Doors at 10:30, they were very nice and professional on the phone. Said they could get out to help me by 1:00. Bobby showed up at 12:30 and had my springs changed by 12:50. Great professional work by a great company. They are the best.

One of garage door springs broke suddenly last night after I'd put my car in the garage for the evening. What a noise as the door came crashing down luckily still in the rail. I realized that without the spring there was no way I could open the door manually as I wasn't strong enough. I called Bob and Bob door company and left a message realizing that they were closed, it was after five when I called after all. So I called back this morning first thing, they squeezed me into their schedule and came promptly in the time frame that was setup. Joe was really great, he had the whole thing fixed and working in around half an hour. What a champ! He was friendly and polite. He cleaned up after himself at the end of the job and the repair was $290 for the replacement springs and the call out fee. I'm overall very happy with the work performed. The whole experience was superb from initial call to end of the job. I recommend Bob and Bob door company to you, I doubt you will be disappointed. Thanks Joe, you are greatly appreciated.

I called the company to check on our remote garage door opener not working properly. I was able to get a very timely appointment. Russell, the technician, arrived as scheduled, asked me what the problem was, and quickly figured out what needed to be done. He explained the repairs needed, and was knowledgeable and courteous. Fantastic professional service. I called for a broken garage spring and John Adkins from Bob & Bob was on site within a few hours and on schedule. The door was repaired and while lubricating it and the adjacent 2nd door the technician notice it also needed repair. The repair was explained well and he answered all my questions. That saved me a service call. Everything done right and timely. I would not call anyone else in the Richland Co area but Bob & Bob.

I needed a garage door opener installed, and I remembered Bob & Bob Door had been servicing this area for many, many years so I felt comfortable that they would do a good job and could be trusted. I called to set up an appointment for the installation. Two repairmen came as scheduled, and proceeded with the installation. A little over an hour later, they came knocking on my back door to tell me they were done with the installation. I went out to inspect the job, and noticed the door seemed to be struggling. They pointed out the old tracks were the problem and suggested operation of the door would be smoother and quieter if they were replaced. I agreed and so they proceeded to replace both tracks. I was very glad they brought this to my attention while they were still here as it made such a big difference in the overall operation of the door. It has been several months since the installation and the door works perfect every time. They are the best and I highly recommend them. Services Rendered: Installed garage door opener, replaced old tracks with new ones and came back for an adjustment.

Bob and Bob Door took care of us pretty well. Maybe the only complaint is that one of the workers left a cord on the floor when they should have not, but they came back and fixed the problem. The pricing is a little higher than we wanted, but they didn't charge when they came back to fix their problem. The service ended up fine at the end. They did leave a little mess though. I would probably use their service again in the future. Services Rendered: Put up garage door opener and new garage doors

Great. Services Rendered: My garage door was stuck open.....I asked around where I work and someone said they used Bob and Bob a lot. I called and explained my dilemma. The receptionist called me back and said they had someone in my area who could check it out. He closed my door (and folded the tarp I had used to cover the door when it was stuck open) and gave a quote for struts to repair and another to replace the door. I was pleased with the prompt, courteous service. My cousin is also in the door business and called me, so I contracted with him. I would have been happy to use Bob and Bob....and their prices were comparable to the one quoted by my cousin.

Same as above. They have done my garage door work from the time I moved into this house. I have always been completely satisfied. They are personable and professional. They do sales, installation, and service. Their products are Wayne Dalton Doors, which I like, and Genie door openers. Services Rendered: Garage door wasn't working; I called them; they quickly fixed it. Sometimes I don't keep the rails lubricated, but they never scold me. They just fix the problem.
