Google5Tyler and team did a fantastic job installing our garage door. He was able to install it in the time frame that he quoted and the price was exactly what he quoted. I would recommend everyone to Tyler and Big O Garage Door!

Google5I had a small residential job to be done, replacing a garage door and framing in a side entrance door. A couple other companies would not take on the job. Tyler at Big O took on the job: visited my home, provided an estimate, completed the work on time and on budget. Perfect. Very satisfied.

Google5Called Big O himself at 10:30 PM on a Friday and he was able to troubleshoot my garage door problem with me over the phone. Didn't charge me anything! Will definitely be contacting him first if I ever need to get it replaced. Thanks Big O!

Google5Tyler's where both great guys came over at 530pm same day to fix my garage door. Great pricing compared to overhead door of Mason and fantastic communication, fast, and knowledgeable.. My go to for now on!

Google5Our garage door spring failed on a Friday afternoon. I called Overhead door in Mason City and their response was they would schedule a work order for the following Monday. Monday came and I waited patiently for the service technician to show up. By 4 PM I was beginning to wonder what happened to the technician who was supposed to show up so I called the office and they said the technician was held up on another job and now wouldn't be able to get to me. I asked if the technician would be able to get to me by Tuesday and the office said that it would probably be Wednesday. Obviously I was upset that they had scheduled all day Tuesday without scheduling me for the next available time for Tuesday and their response was I'm sorry. Consequently, I called Big O as I was desperate. I needed to get the garage door open. Tyler with Big O said he would come over in an hour and put a clamp on the broken sprind so I could operate the door and then he would order the springs and as soon as he got them he would come and replace the broken springs. This is a service minded company who cares about their customers. I would highly recommend Big O overhead door company for your next overhead door repair or replacement. Everyone has product but Big O is a "Service Minded" Company. Thanks Big O Overhead door Company. William J Mossie.

Google5Tyler arrived quickly and resolved the problem quickly. He was very professional, and thorough with his explanation of the situation. When I asked how he took payment; he said that he was not going to charge me because it was such a quick fix. Things like that go a long way with me, and I highly recommend Big O Garage Door, LLC. He did excellent work!
