The guys showed up at the time we had scheduled got to work straight away other than I have a new door I would have never known they were here they asked me to come out and check their work cleaned up I thanked them and they left. They came to the back door told me they were done and they wanted to know if I had any questions about the installation or operations thank you guys

We love the doors, but we also bought the model 8130H openers and they are not functioning as they should. They have promised to look into it, but never return calls. We had this problem of communication during the installation process as well.

We broke a garage door spring during the holiday season. These guys were fantastic! They quickly squeezed in my appointment between my chaotic schedule demands. On the appointment date / time the tech arrived punctually and was courteous to deal with. In just a matter of minutes he finished the job. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to complete the work. I'm a big fan and will utilize their services again. Thank you so much!

We arranged for an install of a replacement garage door for my mother-in-law. The entire process was fantastic. The rep came to her house, where we were able to discuss styles, finishes, etc. Product quality was superior and the install team was awesome. Thank you!

Dustin, the technician, called a couple of times. Once to let me know and approximate time ans then to tell me when he was 15 minutes away. He was fast, thorough, professional and took the time to explain all that he was going to do and why. He checked the entire system, oiled the rollers, etc., and was on his way. The staff at Mason City Overhead have always been attentive and anxious to exceed expectations. Dustin out did them all, which is saying everything.

It took a bit of time to have the doors made to order, with the extended lift tracks, but I'm very happy. Two doors installed in one day.

I would use them again anytime and refer them to anyone who is looking for great work performance by the service techs, and great customer service from the office staff. Very refreshing, in this day and age, to talk on the phone to someone at the company (an actual human being!), who knows their product, understands customer service, and is courteous.

When my garage door failed to open I called Overhead Doors. After asking a few questions they gave me a potential diagnosis that turned out to be correct. I was told they would do their best to fit me in later that day and would call me when they knew details. A few hours later I was called with an approximate arrival time of a technician who arrived right when I was told he would. He gave me an estimate of time and cost both of which were fairly accurate. I would use this company again. Services Rendered: Fixed garage door springs.

They did a great job on installing the garage door but they did not meet their timeline which was a headache. I was told that they would have the door installed in two weeks and I called them about it after three weeks. They didn't offer an explanation of why the work wasn't done yet and the sales rep never called me back so I don't know what caused the delay. I had to take off the old broken garage door myself because of the delay in order to get a car out. They initially installed the garage door windows on the top of the door, which I didn't want. I called them back to come and switch them out and that took over a month. If you're patient, they are great. If you're impatient, you should find another provider.
