Google5I can't say enough about the service that Austin provided! We had an issue with our garage door after hours and he was able to get it taken care of quickly. We will absolutely be using them and recommending them in the future.

Google5We were very lucky to have a Furry Overhead Doors in our area. My husband and I have been having problems with our garage doors shutting, and did everything to fix the issue ourselves. We reached out to Furry Overhead Doors and they came next day to fix the issue and in under an hour! The tech gave us detailed estimates on parts that would soon need replaced eventually. They let us now of the warning signs to look for if our doors start to fail again. Thanks for the timely, affordable, efficient service guys. We'll be back

Google5My wife and I have had issues with both of our garage doors shutting. We tried realigning the sensors and righting cables that seemed loose. I called Blake Furry who had me schedule a day with his office. They had set up a service repair next day and someone came out and fixed the issue within the hour. The charge was reasonably priced and we even got estimates on everything needing repaired in the future. Blake even followed up to ensure the repairs were satisfactory.

Google5Blake has done an amazing job, every time I've reached out to him he's replied in a timely manner. Not only are they fast they won't leave until the job is done right. I highly recommend them if you're in the Mattoon area.

Google5Blake came to give the company I work for to give an estimate to install a commercial door opener. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and ready to get the job done without even starting it. With a positive attitude like that, 5 stars is deserved.

Google5Garage door broke and was unable to use. Called to see if they had someone available. Within an hour I received a text with the name of the technician that was on the way. The technician called with different cost options to get it fixed. He had all parts needed with him to remove old extension springs and convert to a torsion bar spring and had me up an running with a warranty very quickly.

Google5Absolutely outstanding company! Response time is almost unheard of! Would highly recommend this company in a residential or commercial setting! Very kind and professional! I'm an O and M at a U.S. District courthouse and all of these quality are very important to me as a federal contractor! I can now confidentiality say I have found an overhead door company that I would recommend to other federal contractors and that I will continue to use! Again I would highly recommend this company!!!

BBB5We gave them a 5 star rating. My call to the business was answered by Blake and he said I would receive a call to schedule an appointment within 15 minutes. Today Austin showed up on time and fixed our door. Was polite and professional!! Excellent customer service!
