Our garage door opener (age 15-20 years) stopped engaging and lifting the garage door. I called Action Door based upon the previous servicing of our opener and door by them and got an appointment for about 7 days later. Myles showed up early on the scheduled day, assessed the problem (a broken gear in the opener), and he told me how much it would cost to fix the old opener. I had gone to a local store and purchased a replacement opener to have on hand. We discussed the new one versus the old broken one, and I chose to have him come back the following week to replace the old one with the new one. The office called me later in the day to schedule the replacement, and I was not charged, settling the bill on the day of the installation of the opener. Again, Myles arrived slightly ahead of schedule and quickly went to work installing the new opener - a brand he had not installed previously, but his experience made it no issue. In less than one hour the 16'x8' door was opening and closing with the included remotes and keypad. He had set up the sensors, tightened and oiled the door, and cleaned up the old parts and box the new opener came in. The new door opener works as expected and is so much quieter with new features I didn't even know I was missing! I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received and will be contacting them for a door replacement in the future. Don't hesitate to call these folks!

Garage spring broke around 11:30am. It's now 2:30 and it's already been replaced by a very polite and knowledgeable young man. How's that for prompt service!

Absolutely the best customer service ever! The spring on my garage door broke and I couldn't even get it open - even manually. I had a doctor's appointment that day I'd waited three months to get. I called Action Door and Janelle had Myles come out even though he was on his way to another job. He got my door open so I could at least pull the car out of the garage and into my driveway. He then said he would be back the next afternoon to fix my door. Janelle called the next day and said he'd be here between 1:30 and 3:00 and he showed up at 1:00. He had the door fixed quickly and their prices are extremely reasonable. I will never go anywhere else when I need service to my garage door.

Myles and Myles Jr have recused my trapped car on two separate occassions which courtesy and expedience. I have an aged system that required a new motor then 2 years later a new spring system. Both times they made time for me the same day as my call. I am so very grateful for their excellent service and have recommended them multiple times. Thank you

Our garage door would not go down. We noticed the cables off and called Action door for repair. When Myles got here we found out the spring was actually broken. Myles went all the way back to the shop in Grants Pass to get the spring we needed (we live in Merlin) and came back to install it for us. This was all after 5:00 at night! Not only did he fix the door he checked our other garage doors and lubricated them for us before leaving. Friendly, professional service! I highly recommend them.

This is a family operation, and they did a great job with our garage door replacement. They were a pleasure to work with, and encouraged us not to replace our opener as it was still working. We have a somewhat problematic installation, but they charged us less than the amount quoted because it didn't take as much time as they anticipated. The only disappointment was that it took over a week to have our broken door replaced. Not their fault, because the door needed to be delivered. Just a heads up that next day or same week service may not be possible for a new garage door.

It all went as planned. They were there when they would be there. First they removed the old door and hardware Then they installed the hardware for the new door, installed the new door panels and adjusted it so every thing worked perfectly. He came back and readjusted the springs when I had an issue with the door opening, called them and he was there in a just a few hours, adjusted the spring and the issue was take care of(The door we chose came with a lifetime warranty). They were prompt, very courteous and cleaned before they left. They did a great job and I would recommend to anyone looking for garage door work. Services Rendered: An old wooden door was replaced with a new insulated door

Action doors was teriffic. We had one of our garage doors that was sticking and out of alignment. They were able to get the door aligned and get it working as well as give us some tips on how to keep it maintained!! Great people Services Rendered: Repair/alignment
