Google52 years ago my wife and I bought our house and property to retire to since I grew up here in the Rouge Valley. The garage door was in really bad shape and hadn't been taken care of very well if at all. It was an old wooden door with panels missing and it weighing what it did I had to have help just to open it due to serious back injury. We still live in California until we can sell our home here but we found American overhead and Josh on Facebook. While we were visiting our property and make other repairs we were able to get a new door well new to use it was used but still beautiful and Josh was able to get it I stalled the last day of our visit. Paul his installer was very good and professional. In and out in 3 hours. I would use them again no questions asked. GREAT JOB AMERICAN OVERHEAD

Google5This should be your first place to stop by when looking for a new garage door. Great selection and custom options available. Check out their side mounted garage door opener display...you'll never go back to a chain or belt opener ever...super quiet!

Google2They were eager to install 3 garage doors. Now that I have a problem with all 3 (critters chewing through the fiberglass), they are unresponsive. I have phoned them 4 times, leaving a message with the woman who answers the phone, and no one has called me back. All I was after was some advice on the material used and perhaps a solution in regards to repairing the doors to keep the critters away. No one has reached out to me.

Google5Spencer and Cary were amazing! We needed to replace a 54 year old garage door. We were on a time crunch of a week, due to the person painting our house exterior leaving for Texas., They fit us in in just 2 days! Cary installed the door and new tracks in just a few hours. He cleaned up and both he and Spencer were friendly and professional. The price was right too. Very happy customer.

Google5American industrial door will always have my business after today! I needed a garage door spring and I called all over the valley no one wanted to take the time to help me find one. American industrial door were very friendly and took time to make sure I got all the correct parts and at a fair price.

Google5Wow, my garage door has been out of order for weeks and I couldn't find anyone who would work on my discontinued system. Brett from American Industrial Door came out right away and fixed everything in no time. He was professional and knowledgeable and the people on the phone or helpful too. Yelp5Always helpful and prompt. Had a spring break over the weekend. Called 1st thing Monday morning, my only day off. Had a guy out by noon and fixed in under an hour. No need to go elsewhere when they've always been solid for us.

Yelp5AID showed up at about 8:30 as stated. I looked around and said "ARE YOU THE ONLY ONE?" He said "YES" Cary was his name, and I'll tell you he did a fantastic job removing both garage doors and replacing them with brand new ones, any questions I had were answered. Cary was considerate, caring and an asset to AID. Great job Cary. Bob

Yelp5Very happy with the outcome. Our garage door decided to throw the chain & not work- happy new year's to us..... I called early Monday morning a tech was able to come in the window of time that worked good for us. Jason was on time very informative & efficient. We ended up with a brand new garage door opener as the one we had was 16 years old. The new one is amazingly quiet & so smooth! Thanks again

Yelp5They did not have the part we needed, but they searched high and low for one. Rather than purchase an entirely new system (fortunately, it was not the door where our car was), we decided to wait while they kept their eyes open for one. They were great about getting back to us and communicating where they were and finally, when they found the part, they contacted us immediately and scheduled a technician to come right out and fix our problem. Highly recommended!

Yelp5Between the office staff, Nick our representative technician and Jason our On-site technician, we were beyond impressed with the level of service that we were given to have our garage door repaired within 24 hours. We were given options of either a repair of the components of our motor or replacing an entire new motor. Both prices were broken down very honestly and straightforward. The communication and prompt service were very much appreciated and the work done was outstanding! Jason was very patient to go over all the functions of our new motor so we understood how Everything worked and how to make adjustments. Overall we would use their services and highly recommend their business to anyone with garage door issues.
