He got right out and did some minor adjustments that needed to be made. He did a great job and it works better than before. Everyone was friendly and dependable. They don't leave you with any doubts that you are taken care of and they do what is needed to be done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Nick came out promptly to assess our problems. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We received a verbal and written estimate via email on the same day of his visit. He responded to our questions in a prompt manner. Damon arrived on time and installed the new operator and replaced a broken cable. He also gave the door a tuneup and explained his work in detail. Because of the broken cable, the heavy wood door was crooked in the opening and he was able to correct this problem. He was a very nice, polite guy who was concerned about doing a good job. He was obviously very experienced and his knowledge was impressive. The door is quiet and operates very smoothly. We would highly recommend Discount Garage Doors. They were happy to accept an Angies List coupon for a free keyless entry and discounted labor. We could not be happier with this company and have no negative remarks. Services Rendered: Replace old garage door opener with a Liftmaster Model 8550W.

Jed was very knowledgeable and found a way to save money by not completely replacing the spring. Replacement was suggested by another person. Services Rendered: They adjusted the spring and added a supporting strut.

He came out the next day within the one hour window he had quoted. He replaced the spring promptly and the garage door 145works great. This was a home repair that I could not have done myself. Services Rendered: Garage door wouldn't open - I contacted two companies and Discount Door was able to come sooner. He had me go into the garage and we were able to diagnose the problem ( a broken spring )

Called DGD, Josh came out &assessed damage. They were able to schedule me in for my emergency. Jed arrived just after 5 pm. Removed old door and installed new door and parts by 7pm. Awesome job and hauled away old one. Very professional and took pride in his work. Services Rendered: Garage door spring broke on Sunday.
