Excellent service from initial call to same day service on cold winter afternoon (door was knocked off tracks inadvertently by car with cargo carrier on roof). Dakota communicated when on way to home, was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and informative. As a general manager, I needed a fix on a door to my business. I called the Door Guy, and they were able to come out the very same day with a quote and a fix. Dakota was my representative, he did an impeccable job and was still able to efficiently get the job done in a timely manner, all while customers would walk in and out. Steve came out and fixed our doors very efficiently, they are older glass doors that have a panic bar and they had dropped and the threshold needed a bit of work as well. The Door Guy came highly recommended for Bear Creek Lock Smith as well. Excellent customer service along with excellent workmanship!!!
