Yelp5Sorry to be late writing this review, but had a family emergency out of town right after, so my review gor delayed. I called after my tension spring broke and I could not lift my garage door manually. I was advised to send pictures of my garage door damage, and Brad called and said he could come out in a few hours to repair. He quoted me a price that was cheaper than the other garage company quoted, who could not come out until a few days later. He arrived and completed the work within an hour. Excellent service and a big relief to be able to get my car out of the garage the same day. I highly recommend. Bertha Grandberry - East Memphis

Angi5If you ever need garage repair and garage door opener installation, hire this guy! I had a cable that broke and a garage door opener that was on its last leg! The owner came out to replace the cable and replaced the rollers on the door. Then he advised my garage door opener was about to go out. I bought a new garage door opener and had it replaced the very next day. The owner resolved both issues quickly and the cost was inexpensive. I'm pleased. Angi5The technician (Kimper) was on time, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, fast and aware of the current situation ( wore gloves and face mask). Angi5Alternative Garage Doors was $170 cheaper than Precision. Kemper has excellent customer service. Replaced two garage door springs. Can’t believe how much more the markup was with Precision. Services Rendered: Replaced Garage Door Springs

Yelp5Amazing service. I located Alternative Doors on Home Advisor,when my garage door came off track. Mr.Kemper contacted me the next day after submitting my information online. Mr.Kemper came out within two days and fixed my garage door. I was quite pleased with his work and professionalism. The prices of this company was quite affordable. I will definitely be a repeat customer if need be and refer Mr.Kemper and Alternative Garage Doors to family and friends!!

Angi5We called for our door to be repaired at about 6 in the evening. They offered to come out then but I said that in the morning would be fine. I felt that was good response.. You just don't realize how important a working garage door until you have one that won't work Repairman was prompt, arriving within the times given by the company. Had worked for the company twenty years. He was very efficient as he replaced the springs and then the rollers. He was friendly. He had all the equipment he needed. This was a very good experience. Services Rendered: We called because we had broken springs on our garage door. Repairman suggested replacing rollers and gave me a discount. I told him to go ahead and replace them.

Angi5It went very well. I couldn't be more pleased. Services Rendered: We needed to have one of our garage doors replaced. The estimate to perform the work was very reasonable. The business owner performed the work. He was very professional, did the work at the agreed time and for the agreed price. He also lubricated our other door for no additional charge. It was a really good experience. I recommend this company.
